Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Edgewood

Had a great stay while in town for a concert at the Tacoma Dome! Only had a small issue with the parking. We had payed extra to park in the secure garage and the instructions said there would be a remote fob and a permit on the table when we checked in, however they weren’t there! Sounds like it was a minor mix up with a new cleaning person. We contacted Andy and he responded right away and brought us the pass and the fob we needed in one hour. We preferred to park in the garage for safety reasons, but had no problem leaving our car in the free street parking right in front of the building while we waited for him to arrive. It worked out great! Just a heads up that this Airbnb is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning on walking to access the light rail/food.

I was just looking to get away and stay close to my friend in Seattle. This checked every box, and Lisa is a superstar host. Easy recommend. Thank you Lisa!

Edith saved our Seattle trip! Our original lodging fell through the day we got into town and we found this little gem. Edith was quick to respond and attentive to our needs during our stay. Even making sure to check in half way through our stay to see if we needed anything. It’s located in a quiet and cozy little neighborhood with a grocery store just down the street. Edith also left us some pamphlets of different events/activities going on.

Had a great stay at MJ’s place! 5min walk to the North Admiral main strip and just a bit farther to Alki Beach. Everything was just as advertised and MJ was super responsive. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Our communication with Artem was excellent from the beginning. Truly helpful, & I can't say enough about the spacious, cozy, clean & wonderful apartment. It felt like a cozy cabin in the woods surrounded by the most beautiful trees & amazing emerald green moss & grass. At the same time, you can literally walk to a great Diner, Starbucks & a mall area. Could not be happier with our stay & our hosts. Would definitely book again.

We went for a comedy show for Valentine’s Day. And it was perfect for the two of us. We had fun playing cards and slept comfortably!

This home is a gem in this neighborhood, just as long as you are fully aware of the noise challenges from the nearby club, which we were. The place is even bigger than the pictures reveal and I felt truly safe and happy to be so close to the action. Great walkable location, beautiful interior, and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone who tends to stay out late, can sleep through anything, or will be primary staying during the weekdays, when the noise isn't a major issue.

We stayed here for a long weekend with another family for a dance competition in Tacoma. We loved the location near the university. The house accommodated are group well. Plenty of room and well equipped. It was clean and comfortable with easy check-in, check-out instructions. We loved the vintage but modern vibes of the house. The home was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Thao was responsive and helpful. I recommend this to any large groups needing a quiet place to stay in Seattle!

Beautiful house and location. Close to shopping and restaurants but still feels like you are at a lake house getaway. Jennifer quickly responded when I had a check in question. Lots of parking at the house. The hot tub under the stars was AMAZING! We will definitely try to stay again when we can spend time in the lake because i need to try out the slide off the end of their private dock!! Thanks for providing great accommodations!

Fantastic choice. Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. The Target is super handy but also check out H Mart for groceries. The staff at the Concierge desk are lovely. Location is perfect. Very close to the light rail from the airport (get off at Symphony stop). We walked to the Space Needle. Couldn't stop looking at the views!! Definitely recommend.

Great location and super responsive host. We were in town for a few days for a conference and needed a little more space since we were traveling with a kid . The condo is set up very nice and it's a quiet, peaceful location. Great kitchen and appreciated the dedicated parking. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

We stayed in Bindu’s charming condo for three weeks in December. Loved every minute and look forward to another visit. The place is well decorated, very comfortable and the views over Elliot Bay are spectacular. Enjoyed the new Pier 62 waterfront park and the proximity to the new aquarium exhibits. Bindu is an amazing hostess and unbelievably responsive. Both she and her place are special.

Very convenient location to downtown and hip Capitol Hill but still tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. Highway noise was not much of a problem and not that noticeable for me. The building is older but homey and comfy set up. Unit temp control was a bit tricky to figure out but totally fine once we got it. It was also days of unusually cold weather. Everything we need for 2 weeks stay was there and more. The host was very responsive to inquiry, communication was easy, and instruction was very clear. Will definitely consider the next time we are in town!

We loved Jason and Courtney's place. We had a partial view of the waterfront and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Jason and Courtney were very responsive and the place was spotless and well-appointed. I'd definitely stay there again!

My husband and I were not able to make the trip but our friend still was able to. Lyle was extremely understanding and communicated with our friend the entire time so he was still able to have a great time. The place was great and our friend had an absolutely great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was everything we could have wanted, it was big, spacious, clean, well supplied with everything a visitor needs and comfortable. The location was great and close to all the main attractions. The complimentary snacks were an unexpected surprise. I would highly recommend this apartment, Kartik is a great host. She has something for everyone in your group! books, magazines, a list of local spots to go to! bathroom products, the most comfortable bed and the most comfortable sofa bed!
