Great location for anyone that is planning to spend time outdoors. Drive to Carlsbad for dinner or relax by the fire at Peggy’s!

Stay was incredible. We were there for 2 weeks and it felt like home. The mattresses and pillows are amazing. Thanks for the stay. Will be booking again.

This home was beautiful and perfect for our family. One important feature for us was having enough living room furniture for us to watch a movie, and there were not a lot of options, but this one did! The home smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. Each bedroom has blackout curtains which was wonderful for sleeping in! We grilled out on the patio and used the kitchen a lot to make meals. We only had one issue while we were there and Iris was EXTREMELY prompt in responding and fixed the issue immediately. The beds were comfortable, the showers had good water pressure, the bathrooms were well stocked (except no hairdryer, so bring your own!), the kitchen had all the tools and pans we needed and even some basic seasonings. It was a lovely home and if we ever come back to the area we will definitely stay here or at another of Iris’ properties again!

excellent place to stay. highly recommend it if in area and need place to stay. very clean well taken care of. beds are comfortable lots of places to sit and hang out. jacoda was very quick at getting back with me on booking and any questions i had. kitchen has almost everything you need.

Gabriel is always a great host and the house is always extremely clean upon arrival. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

The house was perfect for our family.

We felt right at home here. Great house with plenty of beds and space. We loved the close proximity to the national parks and downtown Carlsbad. We enjoyed exploring the Pecos River and going out to eat. Shawn's place had everything we needed and he was a great host.
