Vacation rentals with beach access in Edam-Volendam

An amazing loft in the heart of the city, location could not be beat! A few minutes walk from a few grocery stores, and a plethora of cafes and restaurants

The Hosts were very lovely and friendly, we got a lot of recommendations for the surrounding area and Amsterdam which we couldn’t sadly all do in three days but we’ll be happy to be back and to see all the other things! We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this place for everyone. It’s a cozy and quiet place, but especially in August - when the Fair in Hoorn starts - there’s a lot to do and see! Thank you for the beautiful weekend.

Beautiful apartment with warm decoration and very well-equipped whether it is in products and kitchen equipment. A favorite for the terrace away from the noise of the city. The apartment is well located in the city center where you can do everything on foot. Beautiful discovery of the city of Hoorn which is very charming and from where you can visit Amsterdam as its surroundings. Thank you for the very clear instructions and hospitality.

Amazing, amazing amazing. If I could, I would give this place 100 stars and also to the host who made our stay super comfortable and easy The apartment is beautiful and modern and has been decorated and designed to its highest. The view is just heavenly. You can just walk to the beach in couple of minutes. Couldn’t ask for a better host, thank you so much Annalise. The apartment was well equipped to meet our long stay in Hoorn and having the ability to park in their gated courtyard was a plus. Jeroen was a great host providing recommendations in Hoorn as well as Haarlem and Amsterdam for our week long stay. The apartment was located close to the train station which we used on 4 days. The town center was very walkable and we found a local pub for a beer most afternoons, a great butcher shop with fresh meat and prepared entrees, a great bakery and an Albert Heijn grocery all within about a 5 minute walk. The Saturday market was fun to browse through and to sample fresh stroopwafels. We are glad we stayed in Hoorn and found Jeroen's place.

We had a lovely stay at Gerrit's house. It feels like home. Thanks to Cleo for hosting us! The use of cycling or public transport is a must-have if you want to go to the center of Amsterdam. However, this is not a problem because the path to NDSM and the city center is very friendly. Landsmeer is also a very pretty little town that I recommend visiting for a bike ride:)

Our stay at Tirsa's place was simply perfect. From the first moment, she was incredibly kind and proactive, always attentive to our needs and willing to help us with everything. She gave us great recommendations that made our experience even better. The place was as shown in the photos and description, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed since our arrival. We rested wonderfully and were able to completely disconnect. We regret not having more vacation days to stay longer, because everything was really great. Definitely a great choice, which we will repeat for sure!

Excellent little house in a charming position in the old town with views of a canal and marina. A lovely vibe, we instantly felt at home in the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen. Great shower. Peaceful at night. Extremely comfortable bed. Free parking a 10 min walk away but you can drop all your stuff off outside. A 5 minute walk to the ancient harbour and central square. Hoorn is a beautiful town with plenty of bars ( e.g. Klinkers) , restaurants and shops.

You can book this place without hesitation! Everything was very clean. The area is very quiet and you can get to Amsterdam within 20 minutes by car. Glad to come back!

Nice little townhouse just outside of downtown Hoorn. Car for free in the street in front of the door and walking to the city center in about 15 minutes. Clean, neat and nicely decorated.

We had a wonderful stay in Chandora's beautiful house in Hoorn. The house was very comfortable and in a super central location with easy access to restaurants, shops and the harbour. Her sister welcomed us and very kindly did some shopping for essentials upon our arrival. That was much appreciated. I strongly recommend this house for anyone who wishes to explore Hoorn and surroundings. Equally at a distance of only half an hour by train it is an excellent place to visit Amsterdam.

We are known in Hoorn and have lived in the city center ourselves, so we may have less trouble finding a parking spot and things like that. The house is exactly as described and cozy and adequately furnished. The communication (upon arrival and departure) with René was fine. We have enjoyed it again and would love to come back here.

It was great at Jessica's! Although only a short stay, the direct location on the beach, unique! Self check-in easy and very friendly communication with the hostess! It was all wonderful.

The apartment is super cozy and very nicely furnished. There is everything you need. The location is ideal. You can walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Still, it's quiet. The communication with Majsa was great. To welcome you, there was a bottle of wine and something to squeeze. It was beautiful all around. We definitely want to come back! Thanks very much.

The place was lovely to stay, beyond my already high expectations! Amazing location, close to trams, the beach, and stores. Suus was a great host, very communicative and quick to respond, would 100% stay here again and would recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing get away :)

Excellent stay, Jacqueline is remarkably kind and very good advice , super quiet apartment in a residential area. Shops are within walking distance in 10 minutes as well as restaurants . A huge beach right next door .

Both the place and Tess were great. Really easy, handy instructions for entry and recommendations of local things to do. Definitely plan on staying again.

Had a great stay at Marie's place. The short walk to the beach was perfect and the surrounding restaurants are highly recommended!!
