The Nook - an idyllic rural bolt hole...

A sleeps two, barn conversion with original beams. The Nook is located at Back Tor Farm in the Edale Valley. We welcome all enquiries of three nights or more but do prefer Friday changeover dates. It is an essential part of our hosting terms that the person responsible for booking our property makes their full name and mobile number available to us in the Airbnb booking process. 3rd Party bookings are not acceptable. Main living area has a large L shaped sofa which converts into a King sized bed. Dining table seating 4 comfortably, 42” smart TV; fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, Belfast sink and dish-washer. Porch with coat and boot racks, washing machine, and freezer. Bathroom number 2 is off the porch and includes a shower over the bath.

Beautiful "Trickett Gate House" is a 3 bed cottage located in the village of Castleton in the heart of the Peak District. Tastefully decorated and suitable for 6 people. This is for the entire cottage with parking for 2 vehicles only. Located on the edge of the village with River Peakshole running at the back of the cottage garden but within 5 minutes walking distance of seven pubs, restaurants and shops. . The back of cottage takes you to the Mam Tor and Edale, perfectly located.

Our lovely little cottage is about 200 years old. It's cosy and slap bang in the middle of some of the best scenery the UK has to offer. Excellent for walking, cycling or simply site seeing the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District National Park. Castleton is such a pretty little town with it's own castle, 7 watering holes (all dog friendly) fabulous restaurants and delightful cafes. We are situated between Bakewell and Buxton.
