Everything is excellent. Only 450 m walk to Otaru steam clock. Nice Otaru view from room and balcony. Only one things remark: 1. The shower room is too cold 🤣

We spent Chinese Spring Festival 2025 here, very convenient and comfortable, very nice house!Highly recommended👍, can stay for 6 people or more, very clean

We had an amazing stay! Very comfortable and convenient space. I can’t overstate how great the location is. If you’re in Otaru to eat/drink and see the canal, this property puts you in such a great spot. Very clean space with plenty of room for a big group. We were worried about parking, but there’s a 24hr lot just across the street that doesn’t charge much. Thank you, we would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Blue’s place! From the start, Blue was very accommodating—every request was granted, and all our communications were promptly answered. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions, and the appliances were easy to use, though having English labels on all of them would have made things even more convenient (thankfully, Google Translate helped!). The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Susukino downtown, with convenience stores on both sides, making it perfect for families and groups of friends. The space was generally well-kept and comfortable, though I’d suggest reducing the bed capacity in the family room to make it feel less cramped. One more suggestion: providing a Japanese address for guests to show to taxi drivers would be really helpful to avoid confusion with other AMS buildings. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I’d love to book this place again on my next visit. Thank you.

The host is very friendly!Super quick responses!!And it is also very friendly and good❤️ in Chinese, so you don't have to worry about not being able to correspond! You can't turn on the heater with the air conditioner on the wall for the first time in Japan, but it's super enough with the attached heater! Very warm ~ ~ The kitchen is one of the counts that I have seen is provided is complete, basic dishes, pots and pans are also salt, oil!There is also a rice cooker and microwave in addition to two burners, and I highly recommend friends and family couples🥳🥳 can buy something to cook.😍 Also felt very recommended was that there were also toothbrushes and laundry detergent provided, clothes rinsed! Super Awesome ~

I stayed to go to Kiroro Ski Resort. It was fun.

Although the host is new to running the accommodation, they were incredibly enthusiastic and responsive to all our inquiries, making us feel very welcomed. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our large group without feeling crowded. Additionally, the parking space was more than sufficient—we arrived with four cars, and there was still plenty of room for parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is quiet yet accessible, making it an excellent choice for both short ski trips and longer stays.
