A hidden gem. The owner is very responsive. She even paid a visit and passed a big delicious mango !. The unit is super clean. Better than what is actually shown in the picture. Big swimming pool. It's easy to get a BOLT ride. 7 Eleven is at ground level. I would definitely come here again for my next trip.

nice place to stay

This was my second stay in one of Jonathan's accommodation and just like the first time, everything was perfect from the start. Jonathan is a great host, his accommodation is great and I lacked nothing. I am my favorite place in Pattaya and 100% recommended .

A sofa bed was provided and I was able to relax.The host was very calm, kind, and polite, and I was very relieved.They also said they couldn't do it, but they kept it.There was a washing machine in 0.1 seconds from the room, and it was always clean.There was noise from outside on weekends in the middle of the night, but otherwise it was perfect!The security guard was also a kind person.I'd like to stay again.

really enjoyed my recent stay here. I've stayed at this location a few times and it's one of the better areas to stay in my opinion. nice, clean big room. had a small issue to start that was handled well by the hosts. would recommend and will stay there again if available.

Sunny got me in last minute booking within 5 minutes! And I mean, made contact and had me in the condo in 5 minutes. The place is clean and organized. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure and temperature was great, wifi connection was great and washing machine worked great. It is located on 31st floor and the pool and gym are one floor above, which is super convenient. Only a few minor issues I noticed.... there is a shortage of utensils ie: no bottle opener, no can opener and only 1 fork, 1 butter knife and 2 sharp knives that were dull and 1 small pot and no pans. Couch needs to be replaced, I think at one time a really really really heavy person sat in the middle and blew out the springs, so the is a large deep dip in the middle. had a great stay.

Fantastic place to stay at, everything is as described in the description perfectly. Host is superb, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Only thing I could wish for, is a more comfortable and softer sofa, but at this price I can't complain at all. Even has a work desk for me to work on my laptop 😊

Toto and Katy were lovely hosts. This place is a very peaceful step away from the rest of the island. Toto has done a great job renovating the buildings using reclaimed timber. The vibe is very relaxed. 👍🏻

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Really love the homestay and it’s clean nice. Love the owner, they really provide us equipment when we forget some of our things, example like our international charger. So it will be a 5 star frm me Will definitely book back again.

Stayed at Zoe’s place twice. Very new, nice, and clean. Easy to get around. A lot of good restaurants nearby. We picked her place because we have a little one and want to feel like we’re home.

Great place, peaceful surroundings, pool was amazing, just wish there were more resturants near the villa...

Unique and traditional stay inland from Pattaya

We were 2 couples staying in Philippe's house for 2 weeks and everything was just perfect , so nice house and close to the beach and the nice pool . It was very quiet and peaceful there . Close to good restaurants , there were also some places to buy beer and water nearby , the grocery store was a bit away then then the mc electric car is recommended. We are happy to come back here we have fully enjoyed our holiday . Philippe is very helpful and responsive .

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

Appropriate for long term stay. Convenient supermarket nearby. 7-Eleven is even closer. When you stay for an extended period of time, there are some issues that come up, but the post responds and takes care of them immediately.　In addition, the staff member, NARA, is a wonderful lady who does what we intend to do. We will definitely stay here again.

An amazing stay in the perfect location! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks much better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best surprise was the powerful air conditioner, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Orada was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—you can walk directly to the beach as soon as you step out of the facility, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside stay. Considering how expensive Pattaya is getting, this place is excellent value for money. Close to everything yet peaceful, it’s truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Was a great stay, much more than I imagined. Spectacular view of the sea from unit. Walk to the beach was short, sweet and interesting. There were many fresh produce stands and places to eat along the way. Can't wait to visit again!

Within walking distance to all the big malls, walkingstreet, buakhao area and right next to the beach the location is excellent. The pool available on the same floor is very good and perfect for a refreshing dip or sunbathing, i recommend this apartment.

I was thoroughly impressed with The Orient Resort and Spa! Compared to the Yensabai Condotel, the Orient is a great upgrade. The hotel is a bit far from Walking Street but I was able to explain other parts of Pattaya.
