Everything was perfect, took advantage of the private space. Kids had lots of fun on the playground and lake. The views are spectacular, one of my top favorites. Be prepared to take your own toiletries. Will definitely be back.

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at Mike’s cottage… each time is just as expected! The cottage is lovely, the grounds are beautiful and it’s near Kirkwood which makes it an ideal location for our family!

Shell is a great host. Shes very welcoming and it made my family feel right at home. Her place is very clean and it had EVERYTHING we forgot to pack. Her dogs were very friendly too :) this location is about 1 hour from Yosemite entrance. It has been one of my favorite places to stay ans will be back.

Our favorite Airbnb to get away from every day life. This is our second time booking at Walnut cottage. It’s peaceful, private and well stocked. We spent our trip playing games at the kitchen island and enjoying the private the hot tub. I would recommend the cottage to anyone who wants to get away or visit our local national parks.

There are rare cases when an Airbnb is so nice that we wish we lived there, and this is one such place. From the moment we stepped into this homestead, the experience had been nothing but amazing. Their friendly dog greeted me at the gate (I had a great time with her even as a person scared of dogs), and their cute cat would always follow us! And we aren't even talking about the room yet. The room really does look as amazing as the pictures (actually, the real thing feels even better). It is super clean, very well lit, the kitchen is modern and has every utensil you can think of, washers and dryers are new and clean, and the room has great heat and sound insulation (I'm a light sleeper and really appreciate this!). It really shows how much passion and care Daniel and Aimee put into this place. On top of all that, this place has Tesla chargers. It makes the mountain trips so much easier when we can charge at night! This is truly the rare gem in the area.

Spend your days hiking through sequoia and kings canyon parks, then return to this serene and beautiful home. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need. The host is exceptional—responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Three Rivers; it truly is the ideal place to stay. Will come back when time allows!

Nice stay and beautiful drive into the ash meadows and Death Valley national park.

Perfect location for exploring Yosemite for a weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable and the views of the property from indoors were lovely. Maja was very responsive and a great host. Couldn't have asked for more!
