Beautiful, artfully decorated, spotlessly clean cottage within easy walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do in Santa Barbara, plus restaurants and groceries. We almost didn’t need a car. Very comfortable bed, hot shower, fully stocked kitchen. Thank you, Kathy!

Very comfortable beds. Thoughtful touches throughout. Any issues were addressed immediately. House was adorable with an outstanding backyard. Loved how the house was laid out.

Our family booked this house for Thanksgiving week. It is in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. The house was very clean and uncluttered. We had an amazing time together cooking, playing games and walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

Terri's place exceeded our expectations and was so beautiful! We especially loved the peaceful courtyard and gardens with an ocean view! The place was so cute and comfortable and in a great neighborhood where we were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. It was central to everything we needed in Ventura. We appreciated Teri's helpfulness and she was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for sharing your awesome place with us!

Place is at a great location, and just like it was described. I do have a couple cons. First, not enough bath towels or wash cloths. It was two of us for 4 days and there were three towels for the stay. Also, no champagne was waiting for us like the ad states which was not a huge deal for us but it did say there would be some. Overall it was a nice stay.
