Vacation rentals with an accessible-height bed in Eastern Europe

A wonderful place to stay with easy access to trains, trams and underground. Don't be put off by the door that takes you from the street to the apartment door, it's covered in graffiti but once you open the door you are welcomed into a beautiful, high ceilings, warm apartment. Communication was great throughout, beds comfortable and bedding and towels of a good quality. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful and excellent apartment!

Perfect accomodations for a week long stay for party of 4. Easy walking to Split attractions. Josip arrainged transportation for us from the airport and he met us when we arrived at the apt. Answered questions and provided info on local restaurants, grocery etc. Small grocery store and coffee shop are about a block from the apt. If we are back in Split, would deffinitly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. Mauricio’s place is in a great location being walking distance to the Vatican and lots of buses to get to downtown Rome. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Maurizio was very responsive when we needed to contact him. Highly recommended.

Claudia's place is nice and homey! I will definitely recommend everyone visiting Rome to give this place a shot!

Our hosting was excellent. Beautiful place and very clean. Andrea was very kind and at check in gave us a map of Rome with many tips on what to do and where to go. Simply great!

What a wonderful sophisticated place to hang out in Budapest. Warm and inviting, in a cool neighbourhood with everything on your doorstep. We walked everywhere but metro and trams there if you need them and an Aldi downstairs for supplies. Great to come back and chill, thaw out in the deep tub. Cafe Kor a stroll away through the magnificent Liberty Square for great local food and wines, menu hasn't changed much in 15 years since our last visit, they've obviously nailed it! Stephen a great, efficient host and communicated clearly, recommended some delicious Hungarian red.

This traditional family house offers a nostalgic journey to the past, evoking memories of earlier times, including the 1990s. Staying here is an experience in itself, particularly for today's children and teenagers. It is especially enjoyable for kids during the summer months. We visited in winter and were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the heating system—something we did not expect from a building over a century old. Additionally, this farmhouse can comfortably accommodate 16 to 20 people. However, please note that access via public transportation may be challenging. The host was exceptionally friendly and professional, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable stay.

We were looking for weekend relaxation, we couldn't find better. Accommodation surrounded by the greenery of the immediate hinterland of Ancona, whose center can be reached in ten minutes. Roberto and Mattia welcomed us "from old friends", taking us to the accommodation (of which we were immediately impressed with the extreme order and cleanliness) and providing us with valuable directions regarding restaurants, routes to do, and sites to visit in Ancona. An observation (which is also a note of merit) already expressed in voice to Roberto and that can be useful to everyone: the photos do not give full credit to the beauty of the place and that of the apartment, a beauty much more appreciated in real life. In short, to conclude, an extremely satisfactory experience, from which I cannot find any negative aspects. Sincere congratulations on the seriousness and friendliness of the hosts... it's not for everyone.

We had a great weekend in the loft. Check-in was straightforward and we felt right at home. A big plus was the fire. Sans Souci Castle is a 10-minute walk. The city center is also easily accessible. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

It was our first time in Sarajevo, and this was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Great location, and amazingly stocked with everything one would need. It really made our Bosnia trip special. Ðjena and her husband were both so incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we are so glad we found this little gem. Can’t wait to come back!

A house by the lake with a great view even during the month of November, a house that is clean fresh and bright, a house to enjoy. A fireplace to burn in for cold evenings, lovely big sofa to relax in. A dining room for place to eat good food and good drink or for board games. Carina as a host is the best as she is very keen for you to feel comfortable and if you are missing something or have other questions, Carina asks Carina and responds quickly. A home I recommend well❤️

Everything was perfect: very nice city, very nice accommodation, nice, organized and quick hostess. It makes you want to come back again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cristina's place. It was a very short distance to the Biennale, which was our reason for coming, but it felt sheltered from all the activities surrounding the event. Likewise, it was very quick to get to Via Garibaldi, which had plenty of great restaurants. It was also comfortable enough to stay in one night and cook a meal at the house.

Thanks a lot to Zita and Eniko: these 2 days to celebrate my birthday have been amazing. The view has been incredibly good, every guest was extremely happy about the service provided, everything was very clean and communication amazing. We had to delay the check-in and both were really happy and eager to help. Definitely a great location to suggest to celebrate your birthday or to have a great memory with your friends

We had a wonderful stay at this charming studio apartment in Rome! One of the highlights was sitting on the balcony, taking in the beautiful views of the city—it was the perfect spot to relax. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, making it easy to explore the historic sights. The room’s decor was delightful, with a cozy setting. The mini fridge and coffee maker were thoughtful additions that made our stay even more convenient. Alberto and Marialetizia were incredibly welcoming hosts. We enjoyed our time in this lovely Italian retreat and would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful few nights. It’s a lovely area and is so near the station and only a 25 min walk from Saint Marks Square. Alessandro was incredibly helpful and informative. His place is just set back enough from the main walkway to make you feel you have privacy, but still a 2 min walk. A perfect base for a wonderful city.

Great Airbnb and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Instructions to get access were very clear, with pictures that helped. Great location just 2 blocks off the main street, lots of coffee shops and restaurants on every street. Apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and warm, in a safe residential area. The black out blinds were great, the underfloor heating was brilliant and generally kept the apartment at a nice temperature but also having the AC/ heater in the main room for additional warmth was a great bonus. Loved the little touches like the teas and sweets for use, plus although we couldn't really fathom the coffee machine, it would be a great bonus for those who can work it out. So glad I chose this place and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Chisinau. By the way Chisinau was awesome and it's a shame more people don't visit, especially from the UK (though English isn't widely spoken). Thank you Lia!

We had a lovely stay and our hosts were very responsive making the check in process quick and easy. The flat is located in the middle of a lovely square with restaurants and live music - amazing atmosphere. There are amazing hikes nearby which we did that are easy to get to from the flat. The flat is well equipped for short stays and was very clean when we arrived. Thank you!

Giuseppe is a fantastic, very helpful host. Communication is always quick and without misunderstandings, the space is absolutely outstanding. Super nice: There was still free coffee powder for the coffee maker. THANK YOU! The place is clean and bright and if you don't know further, you can look into the house manual. Then everything works. Giuseppe organized a cheap airport transfer for 7 people at very short notice. The driver, Markus, is from the other star: he had to wait for us for an hour (flight delay), was still super friendly and gave us great tips for Rome on the drive (his restaurant tip: Pancrazio dal 1922. Delicious food and great atmosphere there, we tried it). A wonderful stay, also thanks to Giuseppe and Markus.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sirje's place. It was with a great location, modern and clean. All amenities that you would need and suitable for a family. Will definitely recommend!
