There is lots to do for everyone. Direct beach access! There is a restaurant, bar, shop, laundrette, takeaway, soft play area, large outdoor heated swimming pool with slide, please note the swimming pool (opens in may) arcade, children's play ground and not forgetting shows and entertainment on site for the whole family. All other activities and anemities are open from 18th march . There is also lots to do off site too and explore and make the most of your stay. We have lots of leaflets in our holiday home and information for days out etc. cherish your memorable stay at Roseanna Retreat. As a self-catering holiday home you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. it is a perfect place to relax and offers a television in the living room and bedroom and unlimited internet access ! We also have enclosed decking for relaxing and is safe for pets and children. Cot bed and high chair provided on request free of charge. Our beautiful holiday home has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. 8 if you request a double bed for the living room area. There is a spacious decking area acessed from the living room with ratten furniture, to wind down with a glass of wine. We are upto date with gas and electricity safety check done this week. Smoke and carbon monoxide detection. So you will have total peace of mind. We have electric wall heating and a gas fire in the living area. To keep you snug. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. Large wardrobe and dressing table and mirror. In the next bedroom, there is two single beds x wall mounted tv and DVD player built in. The third bedroom contains two single beds plus wall mounted tv. The bathroom is quite spacious with a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels and bedding are all included to make your stay stress free. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available.

This is a BOUTIQUE lodge for couples with one dog offering high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings and a stunning lake side view. You get virtually all day sun on the large pet fenced deck. The deck includes a deluxe barbecue with free gas, parasol, table and chairs and sun beds. Inside there is an open plan lounge /kitchen with 42 inch smart tv, digital flame fire, rapid Wi FI, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all cooking and eating utensils. Dine overlooking the lake through the large patio window/doors or on the deck. The bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside tables with dimmable lamps, a smart tv, wardrobe and large full size glass door overlooking the small lake. There is a fully equipped en suite boasting deluxe walk in shower, basin with vanity unit, mirror, towel radiator and we. There is underfloor heating throughout. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Superb Pet Friendly 2 bedroom detached holiday chalet with direct access to Bridlington's lovely sandy beach. Brand new in 2019, Puffin sleeps 4 and is located on South Shore Holiday Village. The chalet is beautifully finished internally with a well equipped kitchen, double size shower and open plan lounge/diner. South facing enclosed decking area. Access into Bridlington is easy either a 20 minute walk or use the Park and Ride located next door, or the land train (seasonal operation).

Lovely 2 bedroomed detached Chalet Bridligton

Pets are welcome but they are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds, and are not allowed to be put in the shower thank you. 2 minutes walk from Bridlington's South bay beach. Park and ride on the doorstep with the land train available from there. A lovely chalet which sleeps 5, double bedroom, single bedroom, and a new sofa bed. Everything you need for a lovely stay is here. Parking space available too and a grassy square at the front. We cannot take stag/hen parties or similar

This chalet has large rooms even though it only sleeps 2 guests. It has electric central heating so is cozy all year around. It has a built in Bluetooth system and colour changing lights. This chalet is only 5years old. bi-fold doors let you bring the outside in. you walk straight out on to a large grassed area. only 5 minutes walk to the all year around dog friendly beach. beds made up for your arrival. Many places of interest for you to enjoy within a few miles of the chalet
