Kid-friendly vacation rentals in East London

Veronica was an amazing host. I think she's just genuinely a good person so thst made her hosting even easier. She was patient, understanding and just kind. I was traveling from Joburg for my wedding and there's family that arrived the morning we checked out who needed a place to freshen up, and she was so understanding- and she didnt need to but she did. The place far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are huge! With great private space. The home was warm- it really felt like a home away from home. There is more tham 1 entertainment space and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, literally 5 minutes away from the beach. I wish I could have stayed longer there but this will definitely be the first place I think of next time I plan a trip to EL. Thank you Veronica, wishing you all the best. You are amazing and honest. I left my wedding ring there and you made sure I get it. There's so much more I could say, but just know that my "thank you" carries much more than those 2 words.

The apartment itself was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The living space was spacious and well-lit. The housekeeper was very kind, friendly and attentive. Definitely was worth every penny. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in East London.

Such tranquility, no noise at night, clean place, wow, wow, wow, Nosisa wa fri3ndly, when we requested a late check out, she went an extra mile by allowing us to check out at 13:00, something most places do not allow lest they charge you extra, Nosisa, you were a great host and looking forward to visiting again. 👍

We spent the full month of January 2025 at the Aloe Pad and had a very pleasant stay. Zane is really a super host who goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need for a very comfortable stay. What a stylish, dog-friendly gem in the heart of East London! This beautifully renovated townhouse offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful interior design and modern amenities made us feel right at home. Just minutes from local restaurants and shops, the location couldn't be better. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host's attention to detail - from the fresh towels to the local recommendations - made our stay seamless. A perfect base for exploring East London, would definitely book again!

We arrived quite a bit earlier than check in time, but were able to check in and drop our things before heading off to the beach. Absolutely beautiful view, sea on the 1 side, little mini waterfall on the other. Very peaceful and tranquil!

Such a beautiful, neat and cosy villa. My family and I had such a wonderful stay here. It’s 2 minute (safe) walk to the beach and close to such an amazing restaurant with the best freshly baked breads. Sonja’s parents were so friendly and accommodating - honestly one of my best airbnb experiences. I know exactly where to stay the next time I am back in East London again. Thank you Sonja!
