Vacation rentals with a fireplace in East Lake-Orient Park

Nicole told us about the trash days and everything it was very knowledgeable and had to pull people come out and clean the pool and keep up with the stuff.

We were 3 unrelated friends from different towns. There was a bedroom for each of us! The smallest bedroom near the largest bathroom, and the queen bedroom had 2 closets so it felt fair. No closet in the twin bedroom. A friend came over, and took a nap on the couch, so a person 5'6" or less could probably sleep fairly comfortablely on the couch. We usually double up in hotel rooms, and will probably do so in Tayana's in the future which makes this very affordable for St. Petersburg, FL. We are square dancers and spent most of our waking hours over the weekend dancing at a venue 10 minutes away. We enjoyed talking together into the wee hours of the night. It was nice having a quiet clean place to sleep and shower.

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff's house. It was comfortable for the 8 of us. St Pete Pier and bay front park easily walkable, saving us from renting a car to accomodate our guests. Many restaurants & bars within walking distance. Jeff responded quickly to our report of an AC problem that was very quickly addressed.

We have Air BNB’d & VRBO’d from San Diego to Breckenridge to Anna Maria and Karolina’s place makes our outstanding list. This place was really top shelf. Five stars just doesn’t do it justice. Pool heated to 90 degrees in February at no extra charge, property super clean with plenty of amenities for adults and kids, kitchen had everything we needed and we were supplied with enough paper goods and toiletries to last more than a week. Our expectations were exceeded and we’ll be back. Thanks Karolina!

Good neighborhood house in a walkable area. I’d stay here again.

We had a great stay. Centrally located from the airport and from some great restaurants. The house was nicely appointed and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was a nice amenity. The host was attentive and was in communication with us from start to finish.

The house was as described. Very spacious, and great for families. Well stocked. Great backyard for kids, with a nice playground in the adjacent lot. Kent was very friendly and very responsive: it was an overall great experience. My two warnings for future visitors are: 1) the hot water is exhausted quickly (enough for 3 short showers in a row); 2) the mattresses are uncomfortable (king size bed mattres is lumpy/old, and the individual beds have very stiff mattresses).

Very thoughtful little amenities like phone and device chargers everywhere. Lots of towels and clearly a professionally cleaning service evidenced by tape identifying toilet was sanitized and I would be first use. First class approach.

The house is full of things to help you in your stay, the owners are very nice and kind and helped us in everything we needed even tho we booked 30min in advanced !! We would come back

Our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at. They are now our landlords because we are now renting an apartment they have on the property. Very friendly, communicative, and helpful!

This condo was beautiful, clean, many pillows & linen & towels, very spacious for us, plenty amenities, everything worked good, pool was nice! The host was very helpful & replyed quickly to us, I recommend staying here & definitely would come back!

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

This was probably the BEST Airbnb experience we've had. The cottage was just as described, if not better. It was roomy, very well stocked with all you needed and then some. The location was about a mile walk to downtown Dunedin which was a plus. From the time you drive up, you are transported to a special hidden enclave . This was our 1st stay here, but definitely won't be our last. Dunedin is one of our favorite places to visit-we got married on Honeymoon Island! This was actually an anniversary trip for us & couldn't have been happier with our Mermaid Cottage. Thank you for all the thoughtful details you put into the place. Coda can't wait to come back & play with Grover too!

Karie and Chris' place was a beautiful, clean and spacious in person as it was in the photos. They are very thoughtful and great hosts. The pool temp was slightly off but everything else was great.

This place was very comfy and clean! Had all the amenities and more! ☺️ looks just like the photos! Hot tub was perfect! My husband and I had a blast!

Loved everything about the place but expected at least a roll of paper towels. Important to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels along with soap for the shower. Perfect location to walk to town to eat at one of the great restaurants, close to Tarpon Springs ,where there is a beach and Greek Town and the backyard was awesome for our dog.We will be back! The house was perfect for three families. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the play room. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Were able to get 4 cars in the driveway which was great especially since no parking in the cul de sac. Bre was absolutely perfect with fast responses and kind. Great house for a couple of families.

The home was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and when we contacted the host to tell him the light fixtures in one of the bathrooms wasn’t working properly he immediately got it fixed for us so we really appreciate that.

Our stay was perfect for what we needed! We only had a couple of questions when we got there, but they were answered quickly. The house had everything that we could want. We had adults stay there, but a few kids came over and they loved the space and the pool too. Thanks for our stay!
