We had a great weekend at this cottage! The cottage was clean, cozy, spacious. It had everything we needed for a fun filled weekend. The hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were just some of the highlights of this cottage. Amanda was very accommodating and responsive. She provided all the information needed in order to have the best time. The location was ideal, very peaceful, surrounded by nature, lots of privacy. Overall, this cottage was a perfect escape from the city. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway. Looking forward to coming back!

Cheyenne's place was lovely, perfect for our large group. Everything inside was clean and well-maintained, and the grounds were very nice. Check in was super easy and the host was responsive. The amenties were good but it was the two hot tubs that made this property stand out. Would recommend!

This cottage was wonderful! My family and I had an amazing time and it was very specious! It had great things to do for adults and kids. Tien was very responsive when we needed something and friendly. My family and I would definitely revisit and recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a great time.

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

We had a great stay at Aaron’s place! The house was perfectly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The resort also offered many activities free of charge during our stay. We were able to get all the basic supplies, such as paper towels and dishwasher pods, by calling the concierge. The host was responsive and always replied promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Hi, I am sorry, I was busy for the last couple of days and couldn't respond to any mail regarding the reservation. I have already paid 225$ cleaning fee on the reservation and I had no idea that the host would ask an additional 250$ for all the little stains on the floor (I thought they were covered in the cleaning fee). I have been to many Airbnb's and never been asked such a kind of amount for cleaning. He is charging for a new pot because we forgot to wash it, and it was already kind of damaged when we took it out. I am sure I am not such a kind of host who breaks furniture in other houses (we didn't even touch the cupboards). If he is still insisting on the amount I don't mind you, taking it out of my credit card. I had a great time staying there and do not want to ruin that experience with this issue. This was a lovely private getaway for the family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the bunk beds. Felt very cozy with nice personal touches like bathrobes, loads of clean towels, board games and several kitchen appliances to choose from. House was very clean and kids felt right at home. Thank you for the hospitality!

The cottage is gorgeous! Came equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and swimming out to the water trampoline. Lots of wood stocked for campfires which was greatly appreciated! Perfect location - 25 min drive to Limberlost Forest to hike and 10min to the delicious Henrietta’s Bakery! Will definitely return!

I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at the cottage with my 2 boys. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The outdoor spaces were beautuful and the kids and I spent a lot of time on the swings and in the hammock. The lake was perfect for swimming (the kids especially loved the big floating mat) and we enjoyed exploring the lake in the canoe as well! The kids have been asking to go back ever since!

My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! Definitely give her a 5 outta 5 I will certainly stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for a airbnb in Bancroft area! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We had such a wonderful time at this cottage! The setting is peaceful and private. The large deck supplied with paddle board/kayaks, the dock, and the fire pit were highlights. We had lots of fun swimming and paddling around the lake, which was clear and quiet. The cottage is more on the rustic side, but is as shown in the photos. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! The hosts provided very clear instructions on check-in and check-out, and were quick to respond to messages.

The rental place is clean and well organized. Nina is quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Fred’s house was great! The house’s open concept was large enough for all of us (6 adults) to hang out in through the cold winter days without feeling crowded. The fireplace added lovely ambience and warmth. The six bedrooms ensured we all had our own space, which was a nice treat for our girls’ weekend. The master bedroom with ensuite was particularly spacious. The whole house was nicely decorated, and overall was a cozy and welcoming place. We didn’t use the sunroom, as is unfortunately smelled of smoke. Fred was a very responsive host. He quickly answered any questions. We had a lovely stay here, and wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend it.

The location is perfect for a relaxing get away with lots to do in the surrounding area. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Dave and Linette's home while we were in the area for a women's hockey tournament and it was the perfect spot for our team! it was so clean and spacious. Dave and Linette snow-blowed a path to the fire pit so that we could enjoy a beverage outside together. The view is amazing and parking was ample. We would love to stay here again. Dave and Linette communicated often and clearly and were so kind. Thank you L & D!

Our stay at Addie's cottage was delightful. The place was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Both hot and cold water pressure was excellent, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere. The bedrooms were tidy and comfortable. Addie proved to be very responsive and helpful, enhancing our experience. However, we encountered a few minor issues: 1) We discovered and eliminated several small cockroaches in the kitchen, particularly around the garbage cabinet. 2) The dining chairs were deteriorating, leaving lots of tiny pieces on our clothing when we used them. 3) The non-functional hot tub was a surprise upon arrival. Although mentioned in the listing, we missed it and so suggest making it more prominent, perhaps in the title, as the photos and description led us to expect a working hot tub. This could also be Airbnb's fault, since I specifically selected the "hot tub" option during my search, clearly indicating a preference for a property with a working hot tub.

I was searching for a place all my family can gather for thanksgiving. It was perfect for all, older teens had a great time with the pool table. Younger ones loved the basket ball and tennis. Lots of room. Everyone slept very comfortable. We had a fire at night which everyone enjoyed. It had everything we needed.

The place was amazing . Lots of room and super clean . The kitchen had top end appliances and everything you could need or want to make any meal . The view was amazing from the entire house . You were really close to all shopping and downtown yet you feel like you’re nestled in the forest and very private. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit beautiful Huntsville!

The location is amazing, a short walk down the trail to the public beach was a great bonus. The lake is perfect for swimming! The place felt very homey, and the nostalgia of watching a movie on VHS is so much fun. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Overall the stay was a 10/10 despite the challenges caused by the weather during our weekend. We had lost power and hydro due to the freezing rain but Brendon and Samantha was there to keep us reassured. The place was amazing with views I still think about today. Thank you so much again for hosting us and I hope to be back very soon!
