The house was in a perfect location and exactly what we wanted. We had no issues during our stay and I know if we had, Mary would’ve addressed it immediately. She was an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommendation if you want a relaxing, stress free stay literally right on the beach!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everything was the way he described. Also the beach wasn’t far away as well. I loved it so much I added an extra stay. I look forward to returning soon and it’s definitely my go to stop whenever I’m in Jacksonville!!!!!

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location

I could not be happier with my stay. Coastal Wave was very proactive in their communications and checking in on us to ensure all was as expected and in perfect working condition. I will definitely recommend and will stay with them again in the future.

The view was amazing! So peaceful and we saw a lot of wildlife from the windows (turtles and rabbits). The unit was very spacious and well-furnished. The beach was very private and had a lot of big conch shells.

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway to escape the cold. The Guest Cottage fit the bill in every way. Beach front, private, scenic, cozy, and warm accommodations. The condo was pristine and we all felt right at home. The beautiful sandy beach was an easy few steps from the unit. Lots of medium to small shells to be found. Will definitely be back!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

This home was wonderful, clean and had those extras that made you feel at home. Beds were very comfortable, soft towels. Our stay was so peaceful,comfortable and enjoyable. The chairs on the private patio were so comfortable and we spent many hours gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves. The best part was waking up and making a fresh cup of coffee and heading out to the porch to see the stars and watch Venus rise up over the ocean followed by a gorgeous sunrise. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. EXCELLENT SPACE FOR A FEW DAYS ON THE BEACH. EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH AND NICE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY. LOTS OF GOOD RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS NEARBY. SUPER CLEAN! WE LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AGAIN.

We loved our stay here! It was even better in person than in the pictures. Comfortable space, beautiful view, and so close to the beach. Great communication as well. We will definitely be back!

Brookes place was so quiet, I don’t know if it was because it was down season or what but I never heard any neighbors in the building. The hotel next door however does blast the music until late at night especially on weekends. The place was homey and we felt pretty comfortable. It was a large enough space my parents and brother/sister in law stayed with us including our two young kids, and everyone had their own bathrooms. Was very nice to have access to beach stuff and a private washer/dryer in the unit. I voiced concern to Brooke after my senior mother mentioned she almost fell in the tub during a shower because it was slippery, and Brooke made sure to have two bath tub mats brought to the unit before the day was over. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. And had everything we needed for basic everyday cooking. Looking forward to staying again.

Great house with ideal location. Beach access right across the street. The bikes were a huge bonus and so fun to have to get around town. Host was very friendly and responsive to the questions we had. Cant wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s - especially the front porch! It was so pleasant to sit out there and listen to the ocean. Very short walk to the beach and so close to all other amenities (groceries, restaurants, coffee shops). We will be back again for another stay!

Jessica and Lou’s place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location had good beach access. Communication went smoothly. Would stay there again!

The pictures online were exactly like the placed looked on the inside. It was very comfortable. The location was just perfect, just two short blocks to the beach! The home had plenty of bath towels and beach towels, along with beach chairs and beach toys for my granddaughter to play with at the beach. The day we left I thought I had left my gold cross necklace behind in the master bedroom. I was very upset and reached out to Kent and he responded very quickly and said he would go to the property to see if he could find it and then mail it to me. Happy ending the necklace was found in my stuff when I got home. I truly appreciated him taking the time to check for me. I hope he continues to have great success with this home at the beach.

Great location, ease getting in and around the area. Lots to do and see. The home is well maintained, and the host is a great communicator.

We were locked out of the home during the morning hours, I felt bad I called Ms Abby around 1/2 AM thinking she would be grouchy but she answered and was very helpful in helping us unlock the door!!! I have already recommended this home to several of our friends! Thanks again!
