Had a lovely 4 day stay at Napa’s place. The whole place is like stepping back in time. Really savoured mornings on the outdoor deck. Only a 10 minute walk to the MRT station. So lovely spending time in a locals only neighbourhood

Was only there one night - but a Great stay Comfortable enough Be aware there is an in-house cleaner who stays on top level

Even though we arrived at midnight he was waiting for us and welcomed us.

Wonderful place to stay surrounded by a tropical garden with very warm hosts. An oasis in the middle of the big city. Pure relaxation after an exciting day in Bangkok. Absolutely recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was huge, very clean and well thought out with all the necessary utensils. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. We also liked the location, there are all kinds of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. My family and I would like to thank you very much for the great stay and definitely plan to come back 😊

the host and maid made sure we got settled in with some good advice about what to do on our stay. Apartment is lovely and spacious and modern. everything works well. sleeps 10 comfortably. would definitely recommend.

Quiet area, great price, spacious for groups;

great space for my group of 8 friends. we loved the common spaces and that there were multiple showers and bathrooms. the place was also decorated well and in a good location.

Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip

Location was superb, only a few meters to BTS, with near 7/11 and high quality laundromat downstairs. Although there was no elevator, the rooms were very clean, spacious, and functional. This is one of our best airbnb stays. Will definitely stay here again next bkk trip.

The house is clean and tide, located in a peaceful neighborhood, can walk to 7-11 nearby. Ballon is a warm-harted host who helps us to find the lost items and give them back to us.

This place is wonderful. Right next to the train station. If you want food their is a nice mall and outside food market only 5 min walk away. The house is described perfectly. I am actually going to extend my stay for another two weeks.

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

It was a great stay because there was a lot of family, the place was not good and the number of days to stay was long, and I happened to see Aree's place and the location was right near Don Mueang Airport. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants just around the corner from the accommodation.The house has a large space and is fully equipped (there is a washing machine, kitchen, etc.).The host was quick to respond to messages and was able to arrange airport transfers as well. Overall, would absolutely stay again next time, would highly recommend!!!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

Very nice house with an interesting layout. Easy and convenient entry and exit, all rooms have air conditioners. The metro is within walking distance.

It was an amazing experience I stayed with my family of 6 including me and family faced no problems very sweet crew that did their best to help us the cleaning was amazing as well

Ohm and his entire team are great hosts. A lady named janejah as contact.The house is a beautiful and authentic canal house, everything very neat and clean. A bit noisy but not too bad. Ohm himself is personally very busy trying to preserve Thon Buri, the birthplace of the original Bangkok. The disrepair of the original canal house is unfortunately clearly visible. if there is no financial support for the recovery of the neighborhood and the houses, it will probably disappear completely in about 10 years. And that would be sad because not only the canal houses will have disappeared, but a large part of Bangkok's history. In other words, the origins of the real Bangkok are then gone. The area around the house is full of small alleys and streets where people live who enjoy having a chat with you. The tour boats can be experienced as a nuisance because they often rush past at high speed. The large water monitors are almost constantly visible somewhere. We loved it. Femmie &John
