Very nice accommodation, in perfect condition, it seems almost new. The common areas are very nice, large, nicely decorated and the bedrooms are also very nice and comfortable. Everything is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen: everything is there, including nice large wine glasses. Large garden behind the house with covered terrace; it was not the barbecue season but it makes you want to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay of 12 days with four people. In the house it stays cool inside, even if it is very hot outside. The house is cozily furnished in French and much bigger than the pictures suggest. The garden with a swimming pool is heaven on earth. You will have privacy and lots of shade through the trees. The only drawbacks: the chairs and the sofa in the sitting area. These are very old and therefore not suitable for people with back problems. The biggest plus: the photos in the listing don't show the house well. In reality, the house and garden are bigger and more beautiful. For us, that was a pleasant surprise. We definitely recommend Jocelyne's home!

We had a wonderful stay in a relaxing, soothing place, ideal for recharging your batteries as a family. Virginie and Olivier are extremely welcoming and caring hosts. They gave us a very pleasant welcome, and it was a sincere pleasure to meet them.

Emmanuelle was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. The yard and view of the river were very nice and the stroll to the bi-weekly market and restaurants were very easy. Overall, Le Bugue is a great jumping off point for the French countryside of the Perigord, but many storefronts of the village appeared vacant.

As it was two years ago, but in the accommodation. neighbor , cozy accommodation, equip everything for a pleasant stay , the hyper-center of Agen and a 2min walk and the back terrace is great for aperitifs. I would add that the hosts (Cécile and Jérôme) are responsive and very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

We had a marvelous stay at Katy’s. She thought of all the important details: coffee makers, juice press, good lighting. The apartment is lovely and spacious.

Carole and Marcel are very kind and caring, and have the concern to make sure you don't miss anything and that your stay goes perfectly! So grateful to Marjorie for all of her help. She picked us up at the airport, got us checked in and was flexible for our return timing for our flight, driving us back to the airport as well. The apartment was clean, well supplied kitchen for cooking, good quality, clean linens and black-out shutters. We slept very well. Just around the corner from train so transit was made easier without a car. Short walk to historic centre. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation as described, and very welcoming. Peaceful place to unwind, beautiful site and unlimited entertainment nearby at the end of the summer period. Responsive host and savvy tips that have allowed us to do more than we expected.

Beautiful apartment, very clean. The rooms are large and there is plenty of space. We stayed there for 1 night but we could have stayed there for several nights without a problem, it felt like home. Self check-in that makes things easy. Communication with hosts was easy. Recommended!

We had a lovely stay . The apartment is very clean and nice ,very well equipped. We didn't run out of anything. The rooms are spacious. It feels good . It is well located close to Sarlat while being in a quiet area . The terrace is very nice to eat . There is a private parking space in the gated residence which is a real plus in this area. There is a swimming pool in the residence it was closed at this time but must be pleasant. We really recommend this accommodation. You can go with your eyes closed . In addition, we'll save the contact details for the next time.

This was our second time staying with Eric and Katie. We had visited in June and decided to return for a week. Beautiful apartment with everything required for an enjoyable stay. Weather wasn’t great so we did not use the swimming pool. The free minibus into town was well used. Highly recommend Bergerac and definitely a stay at Eric and Kati’s.
