The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place! The house is located right by the beach, and the master bedroom has a stunning view of the sunrise—it’s definitely the highlight of my mornings. The atmosphere inside the house is warm and welcoming, with family photos on the walls that really add a personal touch. I also loved the mattress; it was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet at night, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful getaway!

We loved this apartment. It was warm, cosy, comfortable and very colourful. It was perfect for us, we felt right at home there. Ross had left for us things that make a living space a home. Toiletries, condiments etc. he was there when we arrived and had taken our shopping delivery in. He is kind and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay, including local restaurants etc

We had a great stay! Apartment as advertised with all amenities needed. Great location, bus station close but also easy to get into town with Uber. Jay was easy to communicate with and always available. Recommend to walk up to Arthur’s Seat from the apartment, great views of Edinburgh!

This apartment is well placed within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Giovanna and Angelo were very responsive. We would happily stay at the apartment again.

I had such a lovely time, from arrival up until I left. The flat was so cozy and clean and I felt right at home. Will definitely use this place again when I return. Perfect distance from the town and I found my way around very quickly.

Fantastic place, perfect location to explore Edinburgh with everything you need in your doorstep. Adam is a fantastic host, very accommodating and helpful, made it really easy to check in and enjoy our break. Would certainly recommend.

Had a great time at Jenny’s property. Lovely, spacious character property on a quiet street but moments away from the centre of the town. Lots of things to do in the area so I think we’ll be back to explore more. Loveley welcome pack left by Jenny and very helpful with all aspects of our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Was on exchange in London and decided to visit Edinburgh, was extremely lucky to stay at Usman’s accommodation. He was extremely welcoming and waited for our arrival on the first day and took the liberty of showing us around the house. The place was super cosy, clean and warm. A proper lovely place to stay that’s not far from the main tourist spots either. Cannot thank Usman enough for being so lovely and ensuring we have everything we need for the stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back for a visit to Edinburgh. Would give 6 stars if I could!

We had a great time staying at Jamie's place on a family trip to Edinburgh, it was very easy to get into the city centre either via bus or walking. The flat was clean, and had lots of features which helped us have a smooth stay, the oven, microwave and Quooker tap were all really easy to use and had all the features you could possibly need! I would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere to host them when they visit the city.

We had a brilliant time here to celebrate a 40th birthday. A fabulous location and wonderful property. It was completely spotless and full of high quality furnishings. It looked just like the photos! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and thoughtfully done. Thanks to Claire for being a super helpful host too.

Marie was extremely helpful and responsive from check in to checkout, made sure we could find the house without any trouble and that it had everythingwe needed (and more!) to feel right at home. It was perfectly equipped and we even had breakfast foods available which made our first night much smoother. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It is only meters away from the train station and bus stops which quickly took us right into the city center. Would 100% recommend staying at Marie's and would love to be back myself if I am back in Edimburgh.

Cosy and ingenious use of space. Loved the thoughtful decor and the fabulous selection of books. Within easy walking distance of shops and the lovely Milan restaurant.

Lovely spot in the Tarset valley. Feels so cosy and in the middle of nowhere but actually close to all sorts of pubs and Bellingham. Comfy bed as well

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Alnwick in this lovely light and airy apartment, which was at the same time and cosy and comfortable. As soon as I got there, I felt instantly at home. Curling up in the comfy armchair in the reading nook was the perfect way to spend a rainy morning. The bed is very comfortable, and the heating system is easy to use which I was grateful for since it was February in Northumberland. I have food allergies and like a good kitchen in places that I stay when I travel, and this one had everything I needed. The apartment is very central, just round the corner from the marketplace and easy to find and access. It's very handy for shops, restaurants and lots of independent coffee shops. It's also an easy walk from Barter Books and Alnwick Castle. I loved the apartment so much, I'm hoping to return later in the year. Thanks, Barry, for such a lovely place to stay!

Spotlessly pristine, beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, lovely touches with milk in fridge , coffee & fika treats on arrival. Amazing location. Highly recommend. 10/10. Faultless.

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

Excellent communication prior to the stay followed by an easy check in etc. The property is as described and in a fantastic location with much to see, do, eat and drink all right outside the front door. Would 100% return and also recommend

Had a lovely stay at Pauline's. Super spacious, excellent location. Lovely quirky circular living room. She even made sure there was a Christmas tree for our stay. Only draw back of the stay was the early check-out

We loved staying at Ella and Robin’s place. They really went above and beyond to make it comfortable. We especially loved the Christmas tree! The living room is beautiful and cozy and the shower is amazing. They stocked the bathroom with shampoo and other toiletries, which was a nice touch as well. It’s a little bit of a walk to the old city but it’s close enough to get back and forth easily and the surrounding area is nice and quiet. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay and Sue was helpful from the start until the end. I would recommend and definitely use again.
