Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Dundee

we thourly enjoyed our stay here, views are brilliant, well layed out ,clean and spacious for a party of 12. suited our needs. louise was a great host, quick replies to everything you asked explained everything and very accomadating. very straightforward on arrival. wld definitely go back.

The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

Lovely stay, keen to return. Brian & Matt were very welcoming to us all (including dog), and the property exceeded our expectations. Lovely grounds, very comfortable accommodation, and a bonus with the hot tubs and being so dog friendly.

We had a fantastic 3 day stay in the Grooms Bothy. Great place with lots of lovely features. The jacuzzi bath, the remote controlled windows and blinds in particular were good fun. Place is immaculate. A really good base for lots of different areas and activities but if you just want to relax you'd be very happy to stay at "home" Brian was the perfect host. He was extremely helpful with any questions and went above and beyond to assist, as were all the staff we encountered. A thoroughly enjoyable experience we wouldn't hesitate to repeat again.

A fantastic place to stay. More than met our expectations. As a group of friends we loved everything about it. The beds extremely comfortable, showers powerful and plenty of hot water. Kitchen well equipped and had everything we needed. We ate together in the dining room and the lounge area had plenty of room for us to sit together in the evening. We were able to walk into Carnoustie. For us the icing on the cake were the hot tubs.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura and Richard’s for my husbands 60th birthday with the family and everyone had a ball! It has been so amazing to see such a beautiful house being so thoughtfully restored. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful home for a family celebration . Laura also left many lovely thoughtful touches when she found out we were having a circus themed murder mystery diner ! and I must say the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in ! We will be back. Ps the dogs loved sleeping in front of the Aga !

Loved this place. From the moment I sent a request to stay Brian contacted me. Panbride was like being at home. it was very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. so peaceful and very dog friendly. I had some questions regarding local interests and Brian was knocking on the door shortly after arrival to brief me on my request. I travel from England to see family in this area. In future I will plan my travel around availability at Panbride. We will definitely be returning. Brian & Matt, thank you so much for enhancing our stay.

Beautiful property, it’s exactly like the photos and very peaceful if you are looking to relax. The hot tub was lovely and from the terrace the view of the sunset is breathtaking. There is also a bunch of walking routes within the property so you can enjoy nature. It’s worth the stay.

My wife and i had a a fabulous stay in the Lobster Pod. Set in beautiful surroundings, overlooking the fields and hills in Angus it was peaceful and tranquail. Easy to follow directions to get to the location the pod was cozy and inviting. With all the facilities we wanted the highlight was sitting in the hot tube looking up at a near full moon and the teinkling stars. I would recommend any couple wanting a couple of peaceful relaxing nights away from the hustel and bustle of everyday life to take a break with Will and Linda at the Lobster Pod.

Alice's place was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and left a note in the guest book saying as such. I took my girlfriend away to propose (she said yes). The space was stunning, absolutely beautiful and will hold a very special place in my memory. We really wanted to use the outside bath but didn't have the chance to, so we'll be coming back for a wash at some point.

Had a lovely stay for 2 nights. Hot tub was nice and warm and the lodge was clean. Would stay again.

Just home from a family weekend away. The lodge was beautiful and spacious with spectacular views of the river. Lovely restaurants a short drive away. Only minor downside is that the front of the lodge faces onto quite a busy road.

10/10 Absolutely amazing, recommend staying here for absolutely anyone

Stayed for three nights with two children - 7 and 5 - and an 11 month old baby. Could not recommend Laura’s place more. The cabin is great - wonderfully put together with all the mod-cons and amenities you like but whilst still feeling very connected to the outdoors. Extremely comfy beds and plenty of games and toys to keep the kids engaged. Outside is what sets this apart from other options. The wood fired hot-tub is fantastic. Laura kept it well fired up for the kids to splash in in the afternoon and for the adults to stargaze with a glass of the Prosecco that Laura had on ice for our arrival. At the bottom of the property a small ‘beach’ on the river gave opportunity for another splash. The animals are great fun - our kids loved feeding and watching the Alpacas and pigs with the goats being the real stars of the show. Great location - 10 minutes to Arbroath and Montrose, and a similar distance to Lunan Bay Beach which is unmissable on a nice day. We hope to return in the future!

Spent a perfect few days in the beautiful Acorn lodge. Seeing all the different animals located in the same place made this stay even better! Would 100% stay there again
