Super nice and accommodating host. There was also a fabulous karaoke evening in the restaurant. A few of us celebrated neatly with the magnificent atmosphere, the others could relax in the apartment and were not disturbed.

Great place, great communication with the host. We felt very much at home. The location was outstanding. The bus runs right outside the door and everything can be reached on foot, by bus or bike in no time! Definitely recommended.

A beautiful, modern and clean AirBnB. It is exactly as described and just perfectly located for excursions to the Rhine or the nearby lake. We will come back anytime.

The apartment was as described. We felt right at home Even an earlier check-in was possible, as we traveled with a baby, you could use the afternoon nap for arrival. Really super equipped, we didn't lack anything. Everything is within walking distance - the location of the apartment is really great - invites you to take many walks:) Communication with the host was also great - quick answers to questions. Very cozy apartment, located in the center of the city. Eva, offered to put the car private with her own in the courtyard of the house. Everything is walking distance from here. The hostess is very responsive. I hope to be a regular customer. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed with Gabi and Friedhelm for two days and could unfortunately only use the apartment for the night. There were plenty of offers in the apartment alone to occupy yourself there. In addition, it was very clean, mega cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail and child-friendly. You can feel like at home there, you have your privacy and it's very quiet. Gabi and Friedhelm have also carried many great leisure activities in the area together and plenty of information about it in the apartment. The apartment is only recommended! Our stay at Bella's place was completely positive. Our reservation request was promptly answered and confirmed even later. We were welcomed on site and provided with helpful tips. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very well maintained. The small "fridge kiosk" is just one of the nice touches that make the stay enjoyable. If we are in the Ruhr area again, we will be happy to come back – a clear recommendation!

Best AirBnB I've been to, and I've been to quite a few, and was a super host myself. You will not regret this one. we stayed a week for a conference in Essen. The place is 15 minutes from Essen and Dusseldorf. The apartment is bigger than the photos show, and Bettina's design is beautiful. The area is serene and peaceful. The apartment had everything you could imagine including a large collection of DVDs.
