The absolute PERFECT spot for a family!! All the amenities you could ever want or need. Directly on a quiet beach just as nice as white beach. Anywhere else you want to go such as main town for shopping or groceries is only a 50 cent tricycle ride away. Seeing the sunrise and moonrise from the bedroom or patio everyday was breathtaking. Nestor is the best caretaker we have ever had and can recommend all the best spots to go, even transporting you himself. Pictures simply dont do this place justice as the landscaping is incredible. An oven for baking is VERY rare in Philippines and your own boat if you wish. Im really not sure why this place wouldn't be booked 365 days a year as anyone who books a hotel or other home is a simpleton :) Feel very lucky to have chosen this place and you should not hesitate in anyway at all. Id honestly rate it 11/10 and dare anyone to differ.

Jan Jan was an extremely attentive Host, going way above-and-beyond to not only assist with lodging but also arranging tour activities and transportation, not just from Puerto Galera to the property, but even from Manila and back. Jorge, the on-site property manager was also extremely attentive and available for any issue. The listing has amazing views, and even a direct path to a small, private but rocky ocean shoreline. The location overall was OK. We regretted not being a little closer to the main area of Sabang beach, since the property is 5 - 10 minutes away by van, requiring passing through a couple very narrow market areas with lots of pedestrian and scooter traffic. The property itself feels a bit dated, but several features such as the bathrooms have been recently updated. The construction quality of many features wouldn't pass as "luxury" in the USA - for instance, the doors are thin, and the rooms musty. One room's A/C was dysfunctional for a day before repair.

DEFINITELY A RARE FIND!!! Kuya Greg was very accomodating in terms of our wellbeing. His place is well-kept and the scenery was breathtaking. The house is huge and can accomodate big groups. Everything you need from your house is available to use. His staff are very welcoming and friendly. Although we werent able to do a lot of activities that he recommended due to the weather, we were still able to enjoy our stay. If you are looking for a private place to celebrate an intimate moment or you just want to be in touch with the nature and the beach, this place is definitely the best option there is. Shoutout to all his staff, ate who helped us with everything from setting up the kitchen to making ourselves comfortable. And a very big shoutout to the amazing boat crew, kuya Allan and kuya Ramil are the best bangkeros out there. Literally saved our lives. Great place and great staff. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

It’s hard to describe in words just how beautiful and amazing this place is. Michel and his partner built something amazing here, as you can tell with every little detail and corner of the property. It’s something you have to see for yourself to understand and Michel and his team just go above and beyond. Thank you Michel. We’ll see you soon.

We stayed at Lush Green from 23rd - 27th Dec. We were 4 adults with 3 senior guests. The place is perfect for families. The private resort had 2 separate rooms, each with its own bathrooms. The place comes precisely as described. The owner Peejay made all the difference during our stay. She was very proactive and checked in regularly even before our arrival as she knew we were coming from Batangas. She offered to help facilitate our transport via the RORO ferries in Batangas and Calapan. She also accommodated for our special request to organise for a helper during our stay. Our helper Jasmine has been excellent, from the moment we checked in up until our last day. She helped made sure the seniors were comfortable and assisted us with errands around the resort. Jasmine's friendly and jolly demeanour made our stay very pleasant. Peejay also arranged for a massage therapist to come to the resort which was a big plus. Thank you Peejay for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended ***** <3!
