Vacation rentals with breakfast in Downtown, St. John's

I'm so happy about my stay with Mercy and James. They were warm and friendly, and very helpful. My room was large and right next to the bathroom which was so handy as a disabled person. I appreciate that there were little notes with things like the wifi login and password; those little things are so often details I forget to ask about so this was a huge plus in my books. Would happily stay with them again if they weren't moving off the island to be closer to their family.

Absolutely beautiful stay! Amazing location and very quiet neighbourhood. Perry was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is well stocked and exceptionally spotless! A bonus was it was pet friendly so it was nice to have our dog travel and stay. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this beautiful home! 🏠 🐾

Mercy and James were really friendly people and so understanding. Checking in to the place was easy, james was there to guide me to the room and show me all the amenities. I really loved their home as it was simple and felt cozy like at home. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean and they had provided all the things needed for the stay, even breakfast, coffee were all provided. Their kitchen too was really neat and spacious, they also had a backyard and overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a simple and cozy place to stay.

Tamara is a very gracious, kind and generous host. The family and other guests were delightful. It was a very different and positive experience for me as I generally prefer a lot of privacy and solitude.

I really enjoyed my time there. The house is very cozy and clean and it was very close to MUN. The host is very organized, and very helpful and kind.

This is a wonderful place to stay, comfortable, well located, clean, and the breakfasts are amazing. Please note that the AC is only in common areas (not often a big deal) and this room is on the street side so it can be noisy.
