Vacation rentals with a pool in Downtown, Nashville

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

The house was amazing! The inside has a cute decor and homey-feel! The backyard is beautiful with lots to do and places to chill. It took the hot tub about a whole day to heat up, but it was great when we were able to get in it! It's a good location- a cheap uber ride to downtown, but also far enough to be peaceful. The hosts were great! No complaints!!! I would definitely book again!

Lisa was an amazing host - very flexible to allow us to do early check in without any additional fees, very responsive and great recommendations for the area. Her house was also great with lots of room, pool, grill - perfect for long weekend getaway.

Our stay was excellent! Alex was quick with responses and was in action in a timely manner! The beds were SO comfortable and the place was large - it would have been great to enjoy the pool (it was winter lol). Something to mention is that if you are a light sleeper, the highway noise at night might be too much, but we had no issue with it - it was our version of white noise! 10/10!

The home is absolutely beautiful! Nice quaint neighborhood. Loved that it was not downtown due to the night life, but not far from all that Nashville had to offer. The pool area was clean and neat (loved the decor). Our host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of for any of our needs. I would recommend to others to stay here on their next visit to Nashville!

Great place. Great view of the river. Very clean and walkable to everything. Bekah was a great communicator and check in and out was so easy. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Nashville.

This was the perfect place for my stay. Carrie was very communicative and made it easy. It is in a great location, close to Broadway, downtown, and 12th Ave. I would stay again!

Todd’s place was an absolute gem. Being able to look out onto the River and then walk to Broadway for festivities was incredible. The place is immaculate and had everything we needed for a getaway weekend. Thanks again.

The location was great! 10 minute walk to the Gulch area with lots to do. Area felt safe. The free parking was a plus for us. The host was friendly and responsive! Highly recommend.

Great spot for all things Nashville! We rented the Lime scooters ( from 5am-11pm) and parked them in our spot. Even with out those it was an easy nice walk to all the attractions. We were in town for a concert Friday night and had a blast. Easy 20 min ride to the airport. When we had any questions Mark responded right away. My favorite part was the makeup wipes in the bathroom!

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Had a great stay! The space was clean and neat. Our group had plenty of space. It was easy to walk to broadway and get Ubers. Liked being a little away from the main strip nice and quiet. And the host was very flexible and helped us with an early check in!
