Vacation rentals with a pool in Downtown, Nashville

Absolutely wonderful host, quick responses when needed. The home was Absolutely perfect. Very large, uncluttered and beautifully decorated. Pool area was very nice, hot tub was very clean and all aspects of the home were wonderful. Large rooms, comfy bedding and gorgeous views. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again in the future.

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

The place is definitely worth it. I didn’t find it far from downtown, and the area is very quiet and private. I always felt comfortable and at home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was as described and super convenient to downtown as well as to Opry Mills. We were far enough from the busyness of downtown but close enough for an easy drive over! The house was perfect for our group and we loved the backyard! So much to offer and Jessica was proactive in ensuring our safety and ensuring we had the best stay possible!

This place was perfect for my little sister’s bachelorette party! The host was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay! Would definitely book again! Thanks for having us, we had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay at Chris' house...First the good: beds are super comfortable, and there is a ton of sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked, and has tons of dishes and glasses and is ready to host a large group. It was clean - and the host was easy to get in touch with - and honored a last minute request I had. The bad stuff - and not really bad - but stuff that just should be noted: the pool is not heated. And the host never claims that it is - its all the reviews that say it. So, I sadly, had the reviews in my head and the pool was chilly for sure. My kids still went in - but it was like cold plunge. I'm sure its amazing when it heats up - but for April it just should be noted that its cool. Some of the furniture (and walls) are showing some wear...which is just bc I'm sure its a popular place. And the floors of the main shower can be quite slippery when wet...so just a note to be careful...like no running small children (or overserved adults)

We loved our stay!! This is by far one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed at. They thought of everything. We had three couples staying and there was plenty of room. We loved the casual yet beautiful pool setting. Leslie sent clear instructions before I even had to ask for them. We highly recommend this home! Perfect hosts!

Great location and alternative to paying the crazy hotel prices near Broadway. A lot of great things walking distance from unit. Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure (that’s an important one for me!). Carrie was a great host. Clear instructions, friendly, responsive, and check in/out was very easy.

This was a great location to be able to walk downtown. Inexpensive Uber rides to get back at night. Met our needs, giving us a place to rest and relax when not out on Broadway exploring.

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Overall we had a great stay at this spot for our friend's bachelorette weekend. A perfect spot for that - so much fun decor for pictures and a great location! Less than 10 mins to broadway. Unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived, however Dorinda responded immediately and within 12 hours (the following day) a tech came to fix it. The remainder of the trip we had no issues with that! Another thing - we were glad we were in contact with a decoration company that was going in beforehand to decorate for our bride, because getting into the unit wasn't super clear. We had the correct address, but the spot is located in a condominium/apartment type location - and we did not know the section or unit number. Otherwise, our stay went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!
