Vacation rentals with breakfast in Downtown, Louisville

Kristie’s place was perfect for our weekend get away with friends. There were 7 of us that stayed very comfortably. The house was very clean and well kept! Kristie left great notes for us and kept in touch if we needed anything. We were within walking distance to the Zoo and a quick 7 min trip to downtown. It was the perfect location.

Great place to stay for a sporting event. Close to everything. Neighborhood is a little off, as it’s not in a beautiful, pristine neighborhood or anything, but it was great. Will consider staying here again if we return for the same event.

The house was perfect to hang out and talk with family we hadn’t seen in awhile. The back yard was large and enclosed for our dogs to wander and investigate.

It is a very nice place to stay and very close to the fairgrounds....

Safe, clean rental for a group of 6. Conveniently located. Plenty of space and amenities. Felt like home away from home for a long weekend in Louisville.

Dave was great as a host. He was very receptive of any feedback we had for him. While we were there, storms dislodged a storm drain and caused leaks in the main room. Dave got a contractor out the next morning and got a tarp on the roof to relieve the problem. The communal areas in the house were great. Be cautious of the top floor room ceilings as they are not meant for taller people.

Nice home, pictures were very accurate. Fire pit out back was great too. Host was very nice & accommodating , got locked out due to losing a key & he was there in 20 minutes to let us in. Would definitely stay again!

It was an awesome experience! love the location and the atmosphere.

I came to town to see a friend but also for peace and quiet. This was a perfect location, quiet, but also central to everything in New Albany. I traveled solo so the space was perfect. I would highly recommend this location regardless of the purpose of your visit. Id like to add that I am also a coffee person and the discounts provided to Coffee Crossing was a nice added touch. It was basically across the street and it was nice to grab coffee in the morning then head over and watch the sunrise over the river. I had a great time and will be back.

Brooke was super proactive and responsive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she addressed them immediately and assisted us. Place was so clean and spacious with many high quality sleeping areas. Will book again next year if we have the chance!

Absolutely loved the stay here! It was just like the description and the photos. We stayed for a weekend as a business trip and couldn’t have been happier with the stay! Clean, walking distance to many restaurants, and wonderful location. We will definitely stay here again should we be back in town!

We had a very pleasant stay. The city is very convenient for pedestrians, and the Saturday farmers market was outstanding. There was ample parking; even though we visited during a music festival, there was still plenty of parking available. The apartment was very clean, with good Wi-Fi, and there were nice restaurants nearby.

I was unable to stay at Amy's place due to a medical emergency and had to cancel just a couple of hours before check in. Amy was incredibly gracious and generous and understanding. I am looking forward to booking with her again once my left leg is healed. Thank you, Amy1

Easy check in. Private room with key to the door. For the guests an area with a variety of tea and coffee and herbs for tea. Includes a microwave. Also, included was fresh fruit with a variety of cereal choices. Very inviting, the decor looked like something out of a magazine. Outdoor garden area with patio, ducks, cats and plenty of places to lounge and relax. Would like to lodge there again. Awesome host!

Lovely place to stay with great history. Great hospitality and breakfast in the morning. We were so sad to only be here for a quick night, we'd love to come back!

This was our first B&B experience and Regina set a high standard. Her B&B was beautiful and we felt right at home with her welcome. Regina’s breakfast was delicious, and the best food we’ve had in Kentucky. Highly recommend Regina’s B&B, we will return when we come back to KY. Thank you for everything Regina!

This historic mansion was absolutely gorgeous! It was such a treat for us to stay there for our Anniversary. The recommendations for restaurants were great. We dined at Brooklyn & the Butcher per Ron’s recommendation and it didn’t disappoint in the least. I can say we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hot breakfast served in the morning was delicious and far exceeded what I expected. The room was beautiful and the claw foot tub was a delight and relaxing. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and possible mattress topper though. We didn’t sleep well, but we are used to a sleep number bed. We also had people lodging in adjoining room and you could hear most everything (talking, TV, walking around) going on in each others rooms. It wasn’t very sound proof. Those are only qualms with our stay, but I don’t think it would keep us from coming back. Everything else was stellar. Ron gave us a great tour at check in and a full history of New Albany all the way back to Civil War era.

I enjoyed my stay at Christine's again -- comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and good conversation with such friendly and welcoming hosts!
