Five gf’s getting away for a weekend…Danielle was very easy to work with. The house was great. Plenty of room. A large beautiful dining table and great room overlooking the lake. The view was beautiful. The cottage is surrounded by some older homes but Danielle’s has been updated very nicely and it was very peaceful. Plenty of parking. The house was clean. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

We feel so fortunate to have found this beautiful home, spacious enough for our kids, their spouses and our grandchildren! The kitchen is so well stocked with not only everything you’ll need for cooking, but also with spices and condiments! We will not hesitate to book this home again! Ben was so responsive to my questions and his communication was great! No complaints about this beautiful rental!

This was a lovely little house on a small lake. Although the neighbor was close the fence helped it feel very private. We had a nice stay and it was very close to many hiking locations and places to get provisions in Greenville. The hot tub was very nice and the home was very clean. We loved having two bathrooms, which made it very convenient. We love to cook when we travel, and I would say the kitchen was fairly well stocked (7/10). The bed was very comfortable - a memory-foam-type. Very firm but we slept well. If only it was warmer and we could have used the kayaks and fire pit. But we did enjoy the hot tub every day. Wifi was fast too.

We stayed at John and Frank’s beautiful lake house while our home was being renovated, and it was an absolute delight! The house is spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The frozen lake created a stunning winter backdrop, making the experience even more magical. John and Frank were fantastic hosts—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and even left some local recommendations that we truly appreciated. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views and excellent hospitality, this is the place to be. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lakeside escape, no matter the season!

Had a great stay here as we came to see family and this was a great meeting hub. Loved the woodsy and rustic feel of the place and we saw some deer grazing near the property. The kitchen was well supplied and we even had a few food items to get us started. The place was clean and they also had menus from nearby restaurants.
