Comfortable Central Apartment with Unique Austin Vibe Perfect for Long-term Stays

We spent a month at Cynthia and Bobby's with our two little girls. It was a perfect stay and we didn't want to leave. We checked in a few days before Christmas and Cynthia had Willie Nelson's holiday music playing on the stereo and Shiner Holiday Cheer in the fridge as a little welcome surprise - what a fun treat! She really went out of her way to decorate the place for the holidays and left some special things for our girls, too. For instance, our toddler was not used to showers so Cynthia lent us her metal washtub and some rubber ducks to help my daughter feel comfortable. So thoughtful! The space is artfully curated. She really has a designer's eye. Nothing here is cheap - it is filled with real art, solid furniture, nice linens, and more. The kitchen is so chic and we loved the glassware. It was a real pleasure to spend time here. The best part is Cynthia and Bobby themselves, who are so kind and welcoming. Thank you both, so much. We can't wait to return!

This was easily my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Rarely does the house exceed expectations but this home truly did. The home is BEAUTIFUL. Kitchen 10/10 loaded with everything you need. The house layout is great & has tons of natural light, has inside outside living with the massive slider doors that lead straight to the covered deck and pool. Beds were a 10/10 and it felt like home. The location was awesome. We walked to a local coffee shop every morning and the neighborhood felt really safe. Tyler was really responsive, super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. 10/10 host Could not recommend this home enough. We will certainly be renting again during future Austin visits! Thanks again, Tyler!

My family had a great stay at the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood, close to many great restaurants and very close to shopping we needed such as the HEB supermarket and target. The beds were very clean and comfortable and my kids loved the house decor and the bachelorette party hats they discovered in the closet. I would recommend this home to a group of adults or to a family.

A group of 8 of us visited Eve's place and we had an amazing time. Plenty of beds and space for big groups, and located in such an amazing area. Near to sixth street and downtown Austin. I definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Austin and wanting to visit downtown Austin.

This house was great — highly recommend, especially for a girls trip! It has a beautiful artsy vibe and very comfortable for hanging out. Everything is clearly labeled and organized. Fantastic location — close to I-35 so very convenient for day trips as well as a 10 min ride to Rainey St area and less than 15 min to 6th St area. But still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our host Jackie was very proactive checking to make sure we had a great first night and had all we need. And she was extremely responsive when we had questions, even after our trip was over. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like a home away from home. We stayed here with our pup because my husband was here for a conference and we needed a place for me to work remotely that also had a backyard for the dog. It was very nice and Lydia was incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again!

This was a perfect home for us. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were clean and had shampoos and soap available. Our host was easy to get in touch with. There were plenty of places to walk to eat. Highly recommended!

Arielle was such a wonderful host and her house was beautiful! It had everything we needed and it was right next to the river trail which we walked on every day. We had a few questions, and Arielle responded right away and checked in with us a few times to make sure our needs were met. We used the hot tub every evening which was wonderful. Overall, we had a relaxing and wonderful stay and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Austin!

Christians place is one of the best I have tried and we travel a lot, so we try quite a few. Christian is incredibly responsive and helpful. The attention to all little details throughout the house makes you feel right at home instantly. I regretted not having a toaster and commented on a lovely tea he had stocked for guests, and both were at the door the next morning. Also bedding is extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and stocked, the bathrooms as well. It was really perfect.🤩 thank you for all your care Christian🙏
