Really lovely apartment in a great location, a very short walk to the seafront/harbour and town. Lots of extras like a welcome pack, toiletries, books, DVDs and parking permit (needed and very appreciated, we were able to park close by all weekend). Clean and tidy throughout. Host gives plenty of information and also contacted us to check in early once the apartment was ready, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Just had 3 nights in Torquay, staying at Adams place which was spotlessly clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen really nice quality too. Lovely welcome hamper from Adam. It was a 10 min walk into Torquay from the house so a very convenient location (quite a steep hill home) and quiet too. I would really recommend Adams place and will stay there again.

Lovely flat in a super location , also it is well equipped and beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, clean throughout, great view and the secure parking for two cars is an additional bonus.

The cottage was in a perfect location to visit our grandchildren over Christmas. Ann and David decorated the cottage beautifully for Christmas; it was so cosy with the log burner with a good supply of logs provided. The cottage was so cosy, clean and spacious for four adults, two little children and a secure garden for the little family dog. I would highly recommend Woolcott Cottage for its location and we would not hesitate renting the cottage again. Thank you Ann and David.

Tempted to say Coast Cottage was awful, just to make it easier for me to book again in the future! But I cannot lie, everything about the property, the host & the location was perfect. Shaldon is a beautiful village, small but with everything you could need within walking distance including a village store, chippy, great bakery at the end of the road & a good choice of pubs (The FerryBoat Inn was definitely our favourite). The locals are very welcoming, everyone says hello as you walk around & Teignmouth is a short walk across the bridge. Nick is a great host, kept in contact with us from the point of booking onwards & even messaged on the day we checked in to make sure everything was OK. Coast Cottage itself is idyllic. Literally a one minute walk from the coast, inside the property there is everything you could hope to find, and more. Stunning kitchen, comfy sofa & bed and all warm & cosy. Our dog especially enjoyed the underfloor heating downstairs. We will definitely be back!

Thank you very much Charlotte and Martin. Lombard Mill was a picturesque, tranquil and beautiful place to rest and recover in January. We saw the resident heron by the stream which was lovely, we explored Fowey, and loved coming back to a very quite cosy space to light a fire. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was the perfect size for a self-catered break and the bathroom was clean, with a fantastic shower. Overall Lombard Mill is a well thought out great stay with artful details and wonderful surrounding gardens/woodland- we will be coming back! K and D x

Great find and we'll located to explore surrounding area. Lodge is furnished to an exceptional standard, felt like home away from home. Welcome basket was well received and lovely touch.

We had the best stay and didn't want to leave ....Freya was very responsive and friendly....The Old Tea Hut is a dream to stay at....everything is just perfect and the view is just like a picture...cant wait to stay again.....Thankyou

The cottage was historic and charming, right in the centre of Salcombe and literally a short walk away from pubs, shops and a beautiful harbourside stroll. David was very helpful and courteous in all his dealings and even sent a guide to Salcombe in the post, prior to our stay. Thank you - we really had a lovely time for my husband's 70th birthday!
