Our stay in this house was really fantastic! The house itself was amazing and offered incredible tranquility. The hostess is one of the friendliest people we have ever met. Upon arrival we could easily park our car in the driveway of the hostess's house. She was so thoughtful in helping us get our luggage to the vacation house. To get to the house, you walk through a beautiful vineyard. This walk is an experience in itself, the surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. Once we arrived at the cottage, we were treated to an amazing view of the vineyard. The house itself is cozy and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a swimming pool within walking distance of the house, located on a hill. The pool is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and it was wonderful to spend time there with the family. All in all, this house was really a highlight of our first holiday in Portugal. We can recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay!

The super nice complex is an oasis in the somewhat bustling environment of the city of Vila Real. Ins and their people are very friendly and extremely nice without being intrusive. Every morning fresh bread is brought to the house, great service, also the daily cleaning of the bungalow is very pleasant. The garden areas are very well maintained, the pool is cleaned daily, the water is super clear and refreshing. Our bungalow was more spacious than it looked like in the pictures and wonderfully cool due to the thick granite walls even at 33 degrees outside temperature. The excursion tips are lovingly drawn and well thought through. All in all, four of us had a wonderful week at Ines. Thank you!

Jean and Sandra were incredibly welcome and kind hosts. They offered to pick us up and drop us off at the nearby bus stop, gave us recommendations for hikes nearby, and answered all our questions. The property is super beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a getaway.

This place is peaceful and surrounded by nature with lots of trees and singing birds, includind the chickens that create an "quinta" atmosphere. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and caring. I highly recommend this countryside gem for a relaxing escape.

The Millhouse was a perfect start to our vacation, a cozy fire welcomed us after a long journey and the dinner we requested was outstanding! The location is serene and beautiful, our hosts Francisca and Enrique took really good care of us. Place is true to pictures and description and we couldn't ask for anything more!

Kind people, simple, hard to find nowadays. Everything is great and impeccable from reception to departure. Green space, fresh air, vineyards, swimming pool. All fantastic. Definitely repeating.

We stayed with Annette and her husband's in their magnificent apartment for 4 days. The apartment is located with a great view of the area. A lovely terrace and another small area in front of the apartment where you can enjoy the view. The apartment is on two floors with everything you need. Well appointed and well-equipped kitchen. Parking right in front of the place. High quality. Annette is easy to get in touch with and helpful and very friendly.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage located in the countryside in a relaxing place! José and Aurora were very attentive: tips, fruit and apple juice from the farm, thank you! Supermarket 5 minutes away, rivers for swimming a few minutes away, Amarante and Guimarães 45 minutes away, Porto 1h15.

We absolutely loved staying here. Ricardo was super friendly and helpful. Quinta Freiera is a stunning farm with loads of grape vines, lemon trees, orange trees, passion fruit, etc. It was so special to stay in a house that has been in his family for over 200 years. I highly recommend this quinta!

We spent an amazing weekend on Thursday. We went to a more homemade bachelorette party and we had exactly what we needed at our disposal: space, games, comfort. The fact that the rooms are in a different building from the rooms/kitchen helped a lot! Let's go back in the summer to enjoy the pool for sure! Beautiful property with even more beautiful grounds! Eusebio's place is very peaceful, with a big pool, flat yard, and beautiful plants everywhere! The home was perfect for our family of 3. We loved exploring this remote area, as well as driving to Viana do Castelo to shop and eat.

We came to Antonio’s place to relax with our family for a few days after the wedding, before heading out to our honeymoon. There are no words to describe how beautiful and perfect this place is! The house is clean, peaceful, and the breakfast is INCREDIBLE. The fact that we could wake up every morning to the birds chirping, fresh air, and a whole table of fresh cheese, meat, bread, jams, yogurt, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. was one of the best parts of this trip. Maria and Antonio are extremely kind and helpful. If you’re on the fence, I promise you won’t regret staying in this sanctuary!
