Vacation rentals with a patio in Douglas County

This adorable little bungalow was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband, teenage daughter and I. The updates are beautiful while keeping the historical charm. Hosts were kind, helpful and responded almost immediately to any questions. We were able to snowmobile right from the house to the trail. One note...the bathroom is pretty tiny, it worked perfectly for us, but if you were very tall or a larger person it might be kind of cramped. I would not hesitate to book again! they also have other properties in the area and they are so great to work with I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of their places!

My family and I had a great time and Amy was very responsive and helpful host. House was clean and as advertised with plenty of room for my kids to spread out. Amenities were plentiful and thoughtful, can't think of anything that would have been missing. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we come back to the area. Thank you, Amy!

Hillary's space is so welcoming, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was huge and gorgeous. The bed was a comfortable firm memory foam mattress. Hillary had so many personal details, like a handwritten note with recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

Everything was great and glad we chose to stay there. Cindy was easy to work with and we hope to be back again!

Amazing stay!!! such a beautiful place you will feel relaxed and pampered! very close to local parks and right by downtown Duluth. Stephanie was helpful and responsive. Will stay again!

We booked a trip to Sölveig Stay for a relaxing weekend away. The location and amenities were an amazing escape out of the cities. The sauna and cold plunge enhanced our abilities to refresh. Sophia was amazing with communication and checking in, especially with snowy weather conditions. A top not host and location. We look forward to booking here again!

We loved staying at Jennifer’s place! It was clean and cozy. Perfect for a snowy Wisconsin day. Thanks to the snow, we were also able to snow shoe on the path next door, which was such an amazing blessing.

Jamie's place was lovely - even nicer than the pictures. The bathrooms were great, plenty of linens provided, very nice kitchen and dining room area. And Jamie was wonderfully responsive each time we had a question. The only thing I would comment on was the difference in temperature between the upstairs and the downstairs (it is a split level - so the lower level) was pretty significant. The upstairs was warm and cozy. The downstairs was quite cool - I'd say at least 7 - 10 degrees cooler, so we needed to turn the heat up on the upper level to not have it be too cold to go to bed in the lower level bedrooms. It would be terrific if the downstairs had its own zone. When you raise the temp upstairs to warm up the downstairs more, the upstairs was a bit too warm. Beds were very cozy, lovely linens, and extra blankets provided. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Staying at Carl's place was exactly what we expected. Beach access and a nice quiet space to rest and relax. If you love Duluth this is a great place to call home during your stay. Carl was proactive and sent me inductions for accessing the apartment, it was exactly as advertised; very clean with all the amenities we needed. On our trip through Duluth we got into an accident and Carl was very understanding and allowed us a late checkout to rest up after a long night. We will definitely be returning to Duluth and look forward to staying with Carl again.
