Manuel was a great host! The place was located within walking distance to main sights and in a lively neighbourhood (although, the noise did not transfer into the unit!). No complaints — would definitely stay here if I found myself in Seville again.

Great spot, super clean, great location, super friendly host, public parking near it, will definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

I hope my review will help you decide on this listing. The place is not in the center but has a bus stop quite close that it gets to the center perfectly. The apartment is very compact, it is perfectly distributed and has everything you need. About the cleanliness, we are more than pleased, everything was shiny, even utensils that are not usually cleaned. Veronica, an excellent host, thank you very much for your fine attention.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Walkable to lots of good restaurants and bars as well as the cultural side of Seville. It’s a spacious apartment and the living area was perfect for everyone to be in. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms spotless with a nice touch of Rituals toiletries. The only negative thing I would say is the front bedroom is quite noisy at night. Seville is a fabulous city and we will definitely be back. Thank you Pablo 😁

the position is ideal, very close to the Cathedral and old town. Great views from the terrace. Just make sure you are fit enough to take on four flights of stairs a couple of times a day.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Be aware that getting to the apartment does require navigating one flight of stairs, so might not be ideal for the elderly. The stairs were no issue for us and just aded to the charm. The location is amazing: It has all possible modern conveniences on the doorstep (Starbucks, Aldi, & El Corte Ingles). It is also central to the older parts of Seville, so if you're after tapas, shoppng & walking distance to Seville's historical sights you'll be spoiled for choice. The place was spotlessly clean and roomy. Everything worked seamlessly. I'd highly recommend this place.

Maribel has been a great host, she has taken care of us as if she were a lifelong friend. The apartment was spotless. It was at home, it has everything it indicates and is even better than in the photos. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, Triana. It is highly recommended, and we would return again and again.

Perfect stay to discover Sevilla!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very well located in a lively neighbourhood and a short walk from places to visit. The apartment is clean, very stylish and cosy, we felt at home immediately! The rooftop is also a great bonus. Check-in and check out were very easy. We would definitely come back. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. Nearby Alamo with all the terrasses and bars plus the restaurants around C/Feria, a perfect location, tranquil but close to interesting places. Plus we rented bikes at Bici4city which is also close by and the bikes gave us the opportunity to discover a lot of Seville. Susana was our contact for this appartment and was easy to contact and gave us lots of information.

Manuel is the top host who takes absolutely exemplary care of the guests. For that- thank you. The apartment has an excellent location, everything is nearby, but the large street can also be heard with closed windows and doors at any time of day. In the colder season you definitely need slippers - the air conditioning blows warm air as often in houses of the south from above, the floor always stays cool as there is no other heater downstairs. It should be wonderful in summer. The apartment is well laid out and offered enough privacy for us as a couple with a young child. The advice from Manuel is very good and the communication overall very pleasant - clear recommendation.

Lovely stay in beautiful Seville. Apartment is in a perfect location on a lively pedestrian street, very close to the historic centre and many other monuments. Guillaume and his team were fabulous hosts and made me feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to explore Seville!

Great place and walkable to most restaurants. We loved the stay and Teye was on top of communication. Loved some recommendations as well as we were visiting for the first time!

We had a fabulous trip to Seville staying in Gary’s apartment. We cannot recommend this location enough. Lots of local bars, shops, restaurants around and yet just steps away from all the sights. The square right next to the apartment has a supermarket and lots of good eating options (some excellent ice cream) . It was particularly convenient that there is a left luggage place and taxi rank near the square as well. Our check in was easy. We were met by Fran who also gave us some additional tips. The apartment was clean, comfortable and secure. It is set in a pretty courtyard tucked off of the street. Gary was communicative and helpful prior to us arriving. An easy 5 stars from us! A gem of a place! If you are over 6' , you might have to duck to get into the bedroom, but the rest makes it up for it. amazing flat.

Casa Sevilla is in a great location, with modern fittings and furniture. The place was cleaned everyday. The rooftop with hot tub was lovely for some afternoon sun

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

The house is very large and comfortable for 2 families with children. We had problems with the fridge and hot water, but Antonio was very attentive to us. The truth is that we were very comfortable, the upstairs terrace is a treat.

Apartment was great, clean and well decorated. Our only complaint was the upstairs shower did not drain, however these things can happen at anytime. Would recommend!
