We were in town for a wedding so we spent most of our time at the venue but when we were at the house, we felt like we were home. The deck was a perfect place to have our morning coffee, even if it was a bit nippy. In the right weather, it would be ideal for porch sitting, coffee sipping, book reading, and maybe even an afternoon nap! Heather was easy to talk to through the whole process. She didn’t get upset with the million questions we had - or at least she didn’t lead on that she was - and was very quick to respond. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we know where we’re staying! 🩵🏡

We had a wonderful stay in Summerville at Colleen’s lovely cottage. She had it all decorated for the holidays so it was like walking into a magical setting and we loved it! It was the perfect place for our visit with family nearby and it made our stay so special. It was just as perfect for our little Jack Russell, Jax…he loved the surroundings as much as we did! We would highly recommend Colleen’s place to anyone wanting a cozy, comfortable cottage in historic Summerville!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was located on a quiet, peaceful street and had a large fenced in backyard for our pups to run around. We were pleasantly surprised to find a baby play pen to set up for our little one and a ping pong table in the garage that brought my wife and I a lot of fun. Although we didn’t have a need for it, we thought the attic bedroom was very cute. If we had a larger family it would have been a fun space for the kids to play together and sleep. We found the location very drivable to attractions in Charleston and was only ~20 minutes from King St. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the coolest properties I have rented to date. Every day I noticed something new and interesting in the decor. It was a great size for our family and the ping pong table provided endless hours of fun. Everything was very clean. Some other reviews had issue with supplies in the kitchen but I did not find that to be the case for our stay. Michelle was super sweet and responsive.

Iris was a great host! She worked with us and accommodated a later check out time which helped us out so we didn’t have to rush. We enjoyed our stay and loved the beauty of the neighborhood.

We were displaced from our home due to Hurricane Helene and we’re looking for a pet friendly option near family. Mel’s place was a fantastic and quiet stay for us. The backyard is huge and the house smelled so clean when we walked in. All the instructions were perfectly laid out and it was easy to access. We are thrilled with this stay and it made us feel right at home. Mel was super helpful to us as a host. We would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a stress free time.

Laura was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had all the amenities during our stay. She was very quick to respond and ensured any issue was handled quickly. I would certainly recommend her for anyone interested to book at her house. My family and I felt at home and really enjoyed our stay! Laura is a lovely lady!

We had a great stay at Joseph's house. We stayed 9 nights with 4 kids and 2 adults and a dog with plenty of space for all of us. The house was beautiful and very clean. I would definitely recommend this house.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay At Susan’s cottage while we were waiting to close on our home. In Summerville. The cottage was in a great location and was charming, comfortable, and peaceful. We had our dog Beau with us and all felt right at home. The cottage was nicely equipped with everything we needed including many special touches. We highly recommend Susan’s cottage for anyone who is looking for a memorable stay in Summerville.

Perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of room for more! The extra amenities of air hockey and the arcade game kept my kids from asking for their electronics. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it! Will definitely stay here again when in Charleston!

This unit was perfect for my two week stay while traveling for work. Convenient first floor unit was very clean and had everything needed for my stay. Complex is convenient to many great restaurants and grocery stores for all your needs. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Paula’s place was a perfect spot to spend the night after a long day on the road very close to 95. Very nicely furnished very and comfortable beds. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it with snacks, coffee, water to make you comfortable as soon as you arrive. I was able to use $100 coupon from Airbnb to make this an affordable one night stay for us.

We had a wonderful family Christmas get together! Thomas was very responsive to messages and questions that I had.

Great value! Very roomy at a discreet location with low traffic. Only a few minor or negligibe inconveniences either already disclosed or typical of such dwellings. We had a good stay overall. The 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms were more than adequate for our group of 5. The massive front yard had plenty of space for pets to run around. Christy was a great host!

My stay with Christopher was excellent. From the beginning Christopher was very helpful with giving great local food recommendations when I told him I was a bit of a foodie. Also he was extremely quick when it came to response time for all of my last minute questions. The place was pristine upon arrival located in a new community in the Summerville area. I would highly recommend this listing and would think about purchasing something in the area.
