New Hot Tub! It's a short walk to the lake/beaches and it's also close to the slopes for our winter guests! Close to restaurants and bars in Incline, and you don't have to worry about all of the steep hills. House contains all of the amenities you need and you have full access to all rooms & closets.

This adorable remodel has a downstairs living plan, a private hot tub on the huge back deck, heated bathroom floors, new carpets as of 2024 and sleeping for 7 people. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and they all feature queen size beds. Also upstairs is a workspace, laundry, and a loft play area.

Your year round mountain retreat is in awesome Tahoe Donner on the golf course - great for summer and winter! Just a 2 minute drive to Trout Creek Rec Center, The Lodge (golf and dining) and Z Marketplace & Deli. Our home is ideal for large groups or multiple families. (a maximum of 12 guests.)
