This was an amazing home to stay at that was comfortable enough for 8 of us! Beautiful backyard views and only about a 12 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend this home for a quiet and peaceful getaway!

This was a cute, bright, and clean house in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. We were able to walk to several trails and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. There are some beautiful views out the windows as well. The yard was secure and a good size for our medium sized dog. We plan on coming back to Sedona and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Absolutely wonderful retreat. It was a short drive to historic downtown, very peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was wonderful after traveling. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Kates place was the oerfect size for my family. It was just as described and 30 mins from Snowbowl which was perfect for us. We did have an issue but contacted Kate and everything was fixed within 24 hours, which is great because it was the holidays! There was plent of space for 7 of us and it didn't feel crowded at all. We prepared food in the kitchen whoch had all we needed. Many restuarants were a 10 - 12 minute drive so that was great too. I would recommend this place if you need to be near downtown Flagstaff or if you are on a ski trip to Snowbowl.

The Holland House was a great home for our family to gather to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from NAU’s Physical Therapy school. Lots of space, great kitchen and pantry and 2 large tables to fit everyone for meals. Lots of couches to lounge on with a nice fireplace to add to the ambiance. It was very cozy! Bathrooms were very clean. The bedrooms had a variety of configurations to accommodate singles and couples. I would definitely reserve this house again.

Beautiful home in a great location! The rooms are large and comfortably fit two guests in each room. The driveway is VERY steep as the host let us know before hand - better off parking on the streets if there is no snow :) Wonderful vacation spot

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for a quick weekend getaway. The home is super cute and location was close to Downtown Flagstaff.

This rental has the perfect location in downtown flagstaff. Beautifully updated. It was perfect for our little family. It is easy to hear people and cars down on the street, especially for us having spent new years here. But that is to be expected being in the heart of downtown. The building is very nice overall, well updated, well kept. We would definitely stay here again!

Our second stay here. It’s such a fun and excellent Airbnb that we literally altered our trip to stay here. We’ll be coming back again!

This place what a great stay for a weekend get away. The shower is amazing and the bed is mostly comfy. Great location downtown!

A great spot! Super convenient to shopping, NAU, and downtown flagstaff. I didn’t need my car all week! It is right along a fairly busy road, so there is road noise, but it’s not bad at all. I stayed in the winter, but with no AC, I’d be a little more concerned during the summer. The hosts were super nice, and very helpful.

I can’t imagine there’s a better place to stay in Sedona! We knew it would be something special from the online photos and description, but even they cannot do justice to its magic. Jesse gave us a little tour of the property upon arrival, and as we were marveling at the Majestic views, a coyote passed by in the distance. We saw it as a beautiful omen for sure, and every second of the trip lived up to that promise. We learned so much about the very unique spirit of the place as he walked us around. We only stayed one night, but we made the most of it! We enjoyed the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and pool, and had a glass of wine overlooking red rocks at sunset. We had a delicious dinner in town at Elote Cafe, a restaurant they recommended. The bed was perfect! In the morning, we woke to see the sunrise, and then spent a couple hours hiking. The trailhead is right behind the air bnb. We did teacup, sugarloaf summit and thunder mountain. All awe inspiring! We will never forget our stay!

If you’re looking for a small studio with a kitchen, away from all the hustle and bustle and easy parking… you found it! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Overall, the comfort of the space was exactly what we hoped to find in Sedona! Dog was comfortable. Felt private. The patio was a perfect set up on sunny mornings. Peter was responsive when I asked for towels in the middle of the night, despite checking out in the a.m. He provided me ability to find more towels before leaving. Much appreciated! Looking forward to returning in the next future. Thank you very much!

Enjoyed my time in the unit. Neighborhood was beautiful and host was very proactive in communications. Provided a great place to work from and explore Flagstaff.

Stayed at Jim’s place for a 14 person Bachelor party. The place is huge and can easily accommodate more people! We loved the basketball court and the large living room areas for all of us to hangout on. We will definitely be back one day!

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. When you walk in, the first thing you see is the breathtaking view of the red rock mountains exactly like the photos on here that almost look fake! We loved the location as it is quieter on the west side and was close to all the hikes we wanted to do, but close to the touristy things and restaurants too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a large group exploring Sedona. It was conveniently located to every where we wanted to visit. The balcony views were great. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool and had plenty of room for our party of 8 adults. I highly recommend.

The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 person family gathering. The most warmly decorated for Christmas and super cozy. The kids ranging from 5 to 15 oh enjoyed the game room and the variety of games as well as hiking around in the pines and playing volleyball on the sand court. Claudia and her husband were wonderful hosts and answered all our questions almost immediately. We stayed three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer.

What a magical place! We had a great time at Shelley’s house. The house was stunning, and Shelley was kind and quick to answer our questions. Everything we needed was available: toilet paper, towels, dishes, and plenty of stuff for everyday use. When we arrived, we were speechless to see such a beautiful place. When we entered the house, we could not believe how clean it was. All I can say is that if you are undecided about booking this place, I hope you find this review helpful.
