Vacation rentals with a sauna in Dolus-d'Oléron

Well-equipped studio, just next to the pool, and quiet anyway. Communication a little minimal before the stay but everything went well. Comfortable for three people and above all very well located close to the center of Saint Martin.

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

Great host, Julie is very responsive, accommodating and very friendly. She did everything she could to make our stay go great and she was successful. In a good location, easy to access and easy to park. Great also for dogs who are allowed , which is becoming rare.....! a park is right next door as well as a pedestrian and bike path, which allows for beautiful walks. The bean coffee machine is easy to use and works very well, in addition the coffee is provided. In short, a top host and very nice apartment.

We only stayed one night at Alison's apartment but we will be happy to go back. It's quite big, well thought out, convenient, and easy to access. Thank you for this very nice stay

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

Incredible stay for two nights with my family on our way through France. Laetitia was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property has been done up beautifully and all the facilities are perfect, especially the gym and the spa area which we were kindly offered to use for an hour during our stay. The pool area is fantastic and gets sun all day. All the bedrooms were great, we were 8 adults and I would suggest that the rooms are more suitable for 6 adults in the double rooms and the other rooms for children only (small room under the stairs and bunk bed room). Can’t fault the property or host at all, we had a lovely stay.

We had a brilliant relaxing week at La Villa Douce. It was well located, close to the airport, shopping centre (5 minute drive) and to La Rochelle city centre (10 minute drive). The house was extremely well equipped and exactly as described. We loved the pool area and the well maintained gardens. Check in was really easy and welcoming and everything was explained clearly. Would highly recommend.

Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk to the city center with daily market, shops and restaurants). Quiet and well maintained residence (clean pools). Very well appointed and equipped apartment. There were 4 of us, good. It seems a little fair to me for 6 people for the living room. Very welcoming hosts, beds made on arrival (including the crib) which is appreciated.

Ideal house for large family, easy to live in, indoor pool, a real plus to occupy the children! Careful welcome, we had a very pleasant weekend, we will be happy to come back if the opportunity is given to us.
