Vacation rentals with lake access in Docklands

Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

I had a nice stay at this property. The house was spacious, and I really enjoyed the pool/spa, which could be heated up. The TV was large and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host was also very responsive, making the experience even better!

A delightful home, clean, tidy and well presented with nice little details such as welcome snacks and all the accessories you can think of. Lauren was easy to communicate with and helped return a couple of items to me that I accidentally left behind, for which I am very grateful! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

We had a fantastic stay at this property for a social media content shoot. The space is bright, spacious, and beautifully designed—perfect for photos and videos. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location was great. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back!

Our party of 8 stayed 2 nights in Marios & Maries place, but we wished we had the week there. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival with everything you could possibly need including fully stocked spice drawer! The beds were hotel quality and the multiple bathrooms were perfect for our group. The pool was the stand out feature for us, so refreshing! Marios and Marie were very responsive and made the extra effort to ensure we had the best stay. We can’t wait to return.

Second time staying. Lovely as expected. Sian is a helpful host, we left some things and she has organized to post them for us. Location is great. Views wonderful.

Taylor’s place is great - plenty of space, very comfortable and in a nice quiet location within walking distance of good cafes and a pub. Taylor’s communication was excellent and friendly and I had no problems accessing the property and finding everything I needed.

We have stayed at Simon's place for quite a few years now and always endeavour to come back when we visit Melbourne. The location is perfect for us and Simon is always a pleasure to deal with.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and a variety of transport options. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Fantastic stay, would recommend! Hosts were so accommodating with our special request, which really enhanced our trip. Apartment is in a great location and very clean and comfortable. The toiletry care packages were a great surprise. Loved being so high up on the 33rd floor with awesome views. Shame about the new apartments being built across the street though (blocking some of the water view). Easy walk to the high lights of Southbank and very close to convenience stores/Woolworths for those last minute items. My son loved the huge bear - what a unique touch! Thank you!

We had a great stay at this apartment, it was clean and tidy. Everything was as described, and loved having my car inside.

Rahul was an amazing host and to top it off the place was amazing as well. It felt like our own home and we didn't want to leave! We hope to stay here again in the future. Great location and have no complaints! If we needed anything Rahul was extremely responsive and was always happy to help!

Great location, very clean. Enjoyed the balcony, air conditioning, and breakfast supplies Livio left for us. Appartment was very quiet - never heard a neighbour.

Chris and his wife were lovely! Everything in the property was perfectly clean and felt amazing to stay there. We will be back for sure for our next Melbourne trip!

Louise’s place was very clean, cute, and comfortable! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant by providing a list of things to do in the area and leaving a note and treats for when we arrived. You can tell how much Louise cares about her space and her guests by the small details. I would definitely recommend this place!
