The place is really beautiful, even more beautiful than in the pictures! The amenities are top notch and there are several protected parking spaces on the premises. The communication was fast and very warm. ❤️We would come back anytime!

Very good stay with Mabrouk! Well-equipped accommodation and a few products on arrival (water bottles in the fridge!...). Perfect air conditioning and wifi internet. Very well located for me because quiet area with several beaches within walking distance in 5/10 minutes, and taxis easily possible by roadside to get around the island easily. Very flexible welcome despite my late arrival and attentive and discreet communication with Kamel who carefully ensures that everything is ok during the stay. I recommend it and would definitely stay here again if I stay in Djerba again!!

Kimo is a responsive and friendly host, he will do everything to make your stay feel like home. All the rest of the staff is also pleasant and helpful. The apartment is well located, close to a very beautiful beach and some grocery stores. It was a nice stay !

Very good place for both short and long stays. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and places to walk. A coffee shop and a well-stocked store next to the building. And, of course, the great host Kimo, who will help in any situation, as well as a great service that takes care of cleanliness and make you feel comfortable here.

Mr Aroua is great host helpful and friendly,very quick to respond to any issues.few missing necessary items in the kitchen ( liquid dish soap, kitchen towels for drying dishes and hands. ) must bring your own shampoo. ) we really enjoyed the place and the location. Great stay. The apartment "la folla" is functional with its 2 huge balconies including a view that overlooked the pool. The pool is just perfect! And there are no imposed hours so it's really nice. Next to the pool there is a trampoline and a swing. The location is really great not far from the tourist area. Right next door on foot you can find a coffee shop and a small grocery store. The apartment is air conditioned. Small downside simply for the bedding which is a little hard for my taste.But it's personal. Great memory of this stay as a whole family. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Great value for a spacious apartment. Very nice welcome and availability from the host. Attention, it is better to be transported for the accessibility of the apartment because it is difficult to access when you don't know the location.

This place is a gem. The location is perfect. Super close to the beach, restaurants, souk, museum etc. Sana and Serge were really very kind and helpful with everything. The apartment itself was also really comfy and well equipped. The courtyard was really lovely to relax in after a day of sightseeing. I definitely recommend Dar Sema :)

Sana was very friendly and supportive, the apartment and the pool very clean. The only thing that is important to know: to reach the nearest beach you need to take a taxi or drive a car if you rent one, as it is located in around 6-8km from the apartment. It was a bit sad to find out that you can’t just go to the beach and swim :) but apart from that I really enjoyed this place!

We had a great time in Dar Sema. The accommodation is very nice, quiet and in a great location. The pool is a real plus, perfect for relaxing. Sana was always available and responsive to answer our questions and give us helpful information. We would highly recommend this place

A stay that could have been extraordinary but could not have been due to the strikes in France, our flight was delayed and then canceled. In this trip, Rabia was extremely responsive and very honest. Excellent communication, very sincere. Rabia was kind enough to offer to cancel the reservation so we can get a refund as much as possible.
