I stayed with Ms. Ngan for one night, although it wasn't long, but I had a quite comfortable experience staying here. The room is new, the equipment in the room is quite full, with a detailed instruction sheet in the room. Ms. Ngan is enthusiastic to support, friendly conversation. There is a coffee shop below which is quite chill, the drinks are also delicious.

Everything is good, what I really like is the kitchen space, large and full of everything to cook a basic to medium meal. Loved the knife set, very good use. The location near the center is also advantageous because it is close to access the city center and other services. It is hoped that the upcoming CMT8 road will be expanded to make it easier to move, because it is very traffic jam, of course this home cannot be decided.

Great place for big group with 5 bedrooms. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, had everything we needed. Big kitchen, good facilities, beautiful rooms and views

The place is situated close to the mall, MRT and city center, great location. I can see the sunset from the view of this room, that's something wonderful to me. The photos accurately depict the place, it was nice and very clean. Would definitely come back

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Good place for travelling, the hosts are also friendly and the place is easy to find.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.
