This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

Thanks for being great hosts. Although we never met our hosts, we were in good direct communications via an app. I asked many questions and had some big change of plans, but our hosts were always very quick to respond, and helped make our check-in and general experience good. The apartment was very nice and the location was close to many places we wanted to visit. Thanks again!

The room is great, it's big, clean and has a nice balcony. The kitchen could have a little more amenities, e.g. a pan, but I think if I asked, Viktor would even have organized one. In the end, I always ordered food or was outside. The range of restaurants and shops in the area is brilliant, you are completely in the middle of it, at the same time because it is quite far in an alley, it is relatively quiet in the evening. Sometimes it can be louder, for example, Saturday night. Viktor takes care of everything and responds quickly if you have any questions. Air conditioning etc. worked well. Overall, everything was appropriately furnished. I wish the linens and towels were a little cleaner, they smelled a little musty. It would also be good if you had a cozy way to relax on the balcony, a hammock would be ideal. Thanks Viktor and all the best Overall, it's good value

The wide open windows in the living room and comfortable furnitures made us felt right at home. Everything smelled good when we first arrived, and the city view from the windows was quite nice. Though close to Bui Vien (the party street), we did not hear any noise from our unit on the 14th floor.

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

A 1-night isnt enough to enjoy such a beautiful unit. The unit is spotless clean with comfortable linens. Great surroundings too! Host is very friendly and helpful. Unit ticks all boxes for an excellent Airbnb stay. I will definitely come back. Thanks so much!

We had an pleasant stay at Mai's place in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was very clean. The location is good with plenty of convenient stores nearby and pretty close to District 1. The unit has a dryer, so it was convenient for us, especially after a long day of exploring the city in the hot weather. The host also provides plenty of essentials for your stays. We almost did not have to buy anything extra. The wifi was great, and we had no problems working remotely. Moreover, Mai was an exceptional host – very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. She let us check in early. Overall, we highly recommend Mai's place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

Great stay in a terrific neighbourhood, walking distance to many attractions and right in the midst of local restaurants and market vendors. Host has excellent communication, very flexible allowing us to check in early with no extra charge. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Being on an elevated floor, plus fantastic views of HCMC, you can rest away from the permanent noise and smoke from heavy traffic. Equipped with all appliances, new and in perfect condition. Relatively close to the Ben Thanh Market (central and tourist-filled area of district 1), but in a non-touristy area where you can immerse yourself in the authentic popular atmosphere of the city. Nearby streets are safe to walk around and get lost in the neighborhood with peace of mind. There are pharmacies and a convenience store that opens 24 hours just around the corner, and a coffee shop on the ground floor of the building. Also, the host is very efficient, always responds immediately and helped us resolve some personal issues very kindly. I absolutely recommend it. If I go back to HCMC I have no doubt that I would stay here again.

Great apartment, quiet and bright. Nearby parks, attractions and restaurants. The host and staff are very responsive and always came to the rescue. My only regret is that I only stayed for 10 days. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City, I would stay here again!

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

Host was very polite always made sure my stay was comfortable and provided laundry service and spoke very good English. I would definitely recommend this location for a family or a couple to stay.

I really recommend staying here. It is not a very spacious apartment but more then enough for a single person. I worked in D5, so this was the perfect location. The landlord gave me his number, so I was always able to contact him, when there was a problem and he answered very quickly. I would come back ;)
