Good place to stay. House is so convenient

it's one of the best property in Thailand we live in. Spacious, clean, we'll furnitured.

Second time and was not disappointed. As always, anyone would find a private hilltop home. Fully equipped. This place will not disappoint at all. Recommended.

amazing place to stay! really enjoyed our stay! Tony was very responsive to our calls and messages. Needed help with the stove and it was taken care of within 15 mins, very impressive. Location is in the mountains, do expect some insects and beetles, ants, its all due to the house being smack in the nature which was amazing!

Beautiful area with spacious house. Responsive host. There’s even a nice golf course near the property.

It's a lovely house with a well-equipped kitchen. Air-con, heater, etc, are working well. But location is not great. At least 30min drive to attractions. Also had an issue with communication at the start because host was not responsive. Host said they do not have a full-time admin and that there will be a stay-in housekeeper. In reality, there was no housekeeping done. Which was ok just that we felt misled into the idea that there will be housekeeping. Note that we were told there are floor mattresses in each bedroom but we only managed to find 1 mattress. Ants is an issue. Toilet drain choked. Washing machine initially down but the housekeeper managed to fix. Not a bad place. Just need to manage expectations.

The house was spacious, very clean and the kitchen and as very well equipped. We made dinner and breakfast with no issues! The house is also located to many restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

Place felt homely to house our family! Owner was proactive and responsive to provide recommendations too!

We had a pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa , and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. The communication was outstanding, and the lady who assisted us during the check out process was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The warm and inviting vibes of the host made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The villa we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Finally, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The mountain and green area provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and adventure alike. By the end I can say as a summary that I loved the time I spent there and it’s one of the unforgettable memories.
