The flat has a lovely layout for one or two. The heating is up to snuff. What an amazing dvd and vhs collection... e.g. twin peaks on vhs, 11 tapes. Great books too, literature in French and English... comic books too -- the belgian experience. Yes, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean. Washing machine was top-notch, and when I mentioned that I didn't have detergent Christine responded within minutes and provided a cup of it. complete privacy, felt sheltered from the street surprisingly well

A spacious, lovely flat with a peaceful garden! Joel is very kind and responsive—he even helped carry my heavy luggage. I’m glad I chose his place. Only wish I’d had more time to enjoy the barbecue!

Well thought out and appointed apartment with plenty of space, and a stone’s throw away from the hippodrome and the Forêt de Soignes for great walks/runs. Well connected to the centre of brussels or the european quarter by tram or train

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

I stayed in a hostel the night before I stayed here, and after seeing Ionel’s place and the value, I wondered why I hadn’t stayed there longer. Not extravagant but cozy and comfortable in a quieter neighbourhood with easy transit. Would recommend. Thanks!

We stayed 2 nights in the accommodation and our arrival was late. We didn't need to ask anything, all the information was given to us well in advance. It was clear, well explained and easy to access. The host came to visit us the day after our arrival to introduce himself and possibly answer our questions if we had any. He was very friendly. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, tidy, very nice and about 5-7 minutes' walk from Pairi Daiza. This is a listing that we would recommend and would not hesitate to return to. Thank you for hosting us and for this beautiful accommodation :)

Yossif's place is exactly as described. It is his home and well stocked with everything you need for a visit. Getting into the apartment is very easy, and the building is secure. You are within 15 minutes' walking distance of the train station and the grand place. The subway and bus stop are right outside. Yossif is responsive and his place was very comfortable.

Piet was very responsive, the accommodation impeccable and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, just 5 min walk from the European Community. Recommended!

Apartment was big, cosy and as described. The location is excellent, 10-15 minutes of walking into the city center. There's a lot of tasty Syrian restaurants in vicinity. Rim was very fast and friendly when replying to questions. One of the best Airbnb experiences we had so far.

Very friendly and thoughtfully decorated the place and it was thoroughly cleaned. They arrived in the morning and left our luggage in advance of check-in and were quick to give us feedback on any questions we had. It was a little difficult to move my luggage because it was in the basement, but the pleasant and delicately decorated accommodation also covers the disadvantages of Jiharanu. I would like to thank you to a very kind host. I would like to recommend it to others for 200%. The house is spacious and nice.

very warm apartment, it has a small elevator that makes it easy to arrive many floors , good light , come equipped with everything you need for cooking . it's like an alpine cottage in town.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Belgium. It exceeded expectations in every way — beautifully luxurious, impeccably clean, and located in a perfect spot for exploring the city. Every detail, from the stylish decor to the high-end amenities, made for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. A couple of minor suggestions: the key collection process could be simplified for convenience, and the second bedroom would benefit from having a proper bed instead of just a mattress. Overall, though, this is a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-located apartment in Belgium. I’d definitely return!
