Maam Richel was very responsive, Instructions were very clear. Its just that the hot shower was not available during our stay and they do not have iron for clothes, but nevertheless, our stay was very comfortable.

It’s clean, comfortable beds, hot shower, cold ac and strong WiFi. The property is very safe with guards at the entrance. The host was very responsive and made the check in process very easy. Sir Roland was a great host, always made us feel right at home and if we had any needs. Sir Roland is a very polite and quick to respond if you had any extra needs. I always love my stay at Genevieve's place! Have stayed here a few times and the place is very clean and peaceful. If you're a solo traveller looking for a place to stay near cafes and restaurants, book this place. It's also a walking distance to laundry shops, banks, churches, and malls. Excited to stay here again next time I'm in Davao.

I stayed for 10 days, and even before check-in, I received prompt information and replies, so everything went smoothly. I was on a high floor, so it was quiet, and I was able to stay comfortably. The facilities were as described, so I was able to cook and do laundry comfortably. There were some minor issues, but they were dealt with promptly. I would like to use it again next time.
