Villa vacation rentals in Dickenson Bay

Villa Tyler was a delivery and we enjoyed staying there every single. Regrets 10 days just passed by fast, wanted more days. Will stay there again. Highly recommended.

4 of us had the best possible stay at The Pink House,which surpassed our expectations.The house is very well equipped with everything you could possible need, lovely comfy beds,great showers,fab kitchen,bbq, sunloungers,pool,and lots of outdoor space.Nearby beach has 2 restaurants ,plus many more in the town,all within walking distance. We loved it so much we have already booked to return next year.

We had a brilliant time here. We really felt it was a place to relax in. The space was beautiful, and the garden and the pool were so lovely. We felt spoilt. We slept really well in the comfy beds, played in the pool, met the locals (dogs, a cat, tortoise and hummingbirds). We didn't get bitten by mosquitoes at all. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus more. Joanne was helpful, thoughtful and really cared we had a good time. She helped us with car hire and a boat trip. It was perfectly situated to be a short drive from some fantastic beaches. There were a few places to eat that were a walk away too. Would definitely stay again. It was wonderful x

We had a wonderful stay at Ego guesthouse. The accommodation was very spacious and the pool was right next to our accommodation and very nice to relax in. My son particularly enjoyed being able to jump in the pool whenever he could. Beautiful location and amazing views from the large balcony. Cecily and Curtis were great hosts. They were very responsive and helpful and Cecily would reply immediately to any questions we had. A great place to stay.

Really nice accommodation. The living area has no air conditioning so the days with no breeze were tough. Stay in the pool or the bedroom on those days😎. Great location as Galley Bay Beach is stunning. The sunsets were awesome and the grill by the pool, perfect! Nearest supermarket is Perry Bay. Good for essentials but Epicurean has a broader selection. The only downfall were the pesky jet skis on the bay during the day. We have been to Antigua a few times so we tend to want to stay at the villa and relax. Overall a wonderful stay! Skep who is the house manager is a gem!

We had a wonderful stay at Sugarloaf. We found everything matched our expectations from the listing. The house and the view is amazing, the beds are comfortable, AC in the bedrooms and living room worked fine and internet access is good if you need it. The pool was great and its a short (5 minute) drive to Pigeon Point Beach when you want to swim in the ocean. Sue is an excellent host who answered all our (many) questions and gave great recommendations for groceries, restaurants and things to do in the area.

We were a group of six adults and Hector’s House was perfect for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a fantastic feature. Larger kitchen & family room were very nice. There was plenty of space to come together and also find a quiet spot to relax. Golf carts were a must. The location is wonderful! Just not reasonably walkable to the restaurants, grocery store or beach. Amy & Iris were my point of contact for the house. Amy arraigned to have 2 golf carts waiting at the house for us. She also became my go to for any island questions or excursions. She is very quick to respond, even when I message her after hours with an excursion request. Our personal concierge. She is wonderful, polite and extremely patient. My only regret is I wasn’t able to thank her & Iris in person. Future travels without Amy and Leon, our taxi driver, just won’t be the same. They have set the bar high. I hope future guests have the same fabulous experience we did.

Fantastic, beautiful open layout home for family or friends to gather and experience one of THE highlights of Antigua. post-card views, great ventilation and also AC in rooms when needed (not often). BRs are private w/ensuite baths and comfortable beds. June was always there when we needed her, for advice, help-but never intrusive. Super friendly and knows so much about the island. Loose Cannon is the beach bar (short walk down the hill) w/ cabanas & umbrellas -great place to spend all day, every day with snorkeling right from the shore, drinks and lunch. The local cuisine was delicious with several casual restaurants ~10 min away. We used many taxis for our 11 person group & had a car. Driving around the town was easier than reported, but still nice to have driver for nights & excursions-all friendly and easy to work with. Great hiking as well-head up to Shirley Heights for the view & BBQ. Small grocery store in town is well-stocked. Wonderful home and host! Thanks June!!

Firstly, the property and the views are above and beyond the images on Airbnb. We prefer renting homes than staying in hotels for privacy reasons. I can genuinely say that the owners of Vanguard have put a support system in place for guests that is better than we've experienced before. Melania lives in Antigua and is employed as the Manager of the property. She is great as is Denise who keeps the property pristine. It is a lovely house that has been constructed and furnished in a beautiful manner. When we arrived 3 of our children went down with a bug. The owners and support staff were fantastic and helped in many ways, and even continued to text asking if everyone was ok. In summary we have had an excellent holiday and have no complaints. I've read a couple of the other reviews and will comment as my wife and I found them to be so amusing...yes the WiFi works properly! and yes there are Mosquitoes at night. A cheap repellent spray resolves that with ease.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this villa! It was the perfect setup and amount of space for us all to spread out. The best part was definitely hanging out in the backyard space with the amazing views of Falmouth Harbour and looking out to sea (you have views of both). It was great to have outdoor couches and tables/chairs to hang out in the shade, and there was always a lovely breeze! The pool was great, too! The host answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, both before and during the trip- she gave us some much appreciated tips and advice for restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the English Harbour area of the island. Although it’s a bit farther from the airport, it is our favorite part of the island so we were happy to be based on this side. I would also highly recommend doing an excursion with Barefoot Antigua for anyone looking for a boat excursion :)

Phil‘s place was perfect for our family holiday. Very clean and everything that we needed with very comfy beds for good nights sleep. Great swimming pool with a lovely area to sit outside and sunbathe.. also great for us to BBQ. Antigua is a fabulous island with amazing beaches and lots to do. We are definitely coming back to Phil‘s place again. Thanks, Phil for the prompt communication with your help and advice. Best wishes Martin and family

Such an amazing villa in a quiet and beautiful setting. Couldn’t ask for a better week’s holiday to kick the feet back and relax. I felt right at home with their friendly service. Supermarket, great restaurants and beach all in very short walking distance. Just an ideal spot. Will be looking to stay again next time I’m back.

Brilliant villa wonderful location just a few minutes from wonderful beach with great bar/restaurant. Longer walk to supermarket and restaurants but enjoyable walk and much needed after tooo much relaxation. Would definitely book again if we decided to return to Antigua for 6th time!! Extremely enjoyable holiday with lovely people - what more could you ask for.

Our stay was excellent. We ended up having to stay a little longer than intended, but we got lots of great help from host to accommodate us. Very happy with this stay. Thank you.

We really liked this place. It was both close to the facilities around Jolly Harbour, but away from the main shops and houses, which may it feel really private. The sun terrace and pool were great spaces to hang out in as the evening set in and the front room was spacious and relaxing after dark. Each bedroom has a really nice en suite facility and large shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Walter came to see us a couple of times and was very friendly. There is currently some construction going on futher down the hill. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but only a couple of times was there a little more noise. Walter couldn't apologise enough and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice of him! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Villa is in a great location, 2min walk from Jolly beach. You will find everything you need in the villa for a comfortable stay. Co host Althia was amazing with any questions I had throughout my stay, very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back soon!

Anne’s place is wonderful!! It felt like I was in my own home with everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach was walking distance from the Villa and there were two restaurants on the beach that we took advantage of. We had breakfast at Petals which was amazing. We will definitely reach out to Anne the next time we’re planning a trip to Antigua. I just want to say to future Airbnb renters of this unit, please tip the housekeeping staff. Also please generously tip the wait staff at any restaurant you go to. The Antiguans are most friendly and welcoming. Always remember this beautiful island is not like your country or city.
