Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Dhaka Division

It was a nice stay as always

Everything was good but the location he gave us was incorrect. I asked him specifically about a hospital location from his place and he responded that the hospital was only 10 minutes of walking distance, which is what I actually needed, i was sick hence the Hospital. I couldn't travel by car , I needed to walk to the hospital per my doctor's advice. When i checked in to the place and started walking to the hospital it was 30 minutes of walk which was impossible for me.. I told him about my situation, he said " you just leave my place" very Rudely. I said okay well i will leave right now if please give me a refund. It was the same day i checked in. Sooo many insults he said " okay you cancel the booking and i will approve the refund ". I canceled and left his place the same day. Its been almost 15 days , i keep asking him to approve my refund but no response from him. Very bad hosting,No manners at all, No professionalism at all. Hope no one suffers like me and book with this host.

This is a very nice studio apartment that is perfect for anyone stay in Dhaka for business or pleasure. I will be back next time I get to Dhaka! The building has several, very well maintained facilities including a gyn space and pool that can be used at a slight extra charge. They also have a room-service that makes really nice food! My host was super friendly, welcoming and always replied quickly to my messages. There was a misunderstanding about the location in the beginning because AirBnb had not displayed it correctly. This has now been fixed. But my host helped me very quickly to clarify that and offered a refund as well. I ended up staying here despite a bit longer commute, because I really appreciated the calm neighborhood and nice studio. Thank you!!

Mr. Masumul was very helpful, and was extremely responsive. He was helpful from the start to end and was available for any support required. Will definitely be staying here again.
