Vacation rentals in Dergaon

When we first stumbled upon this space on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true and we were quite excited to go as well. But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Pranab da and other people including Devyani, Tithi Da were the most thoughtful, gracious hosts. They felt like home. If one wants to just sit back and relax admist the lap of nature and feeling the countryside life, this space is the perfect one. First to start with the space which is a one storied bamboo hut built out of authentic bamboo variations. The washrooms is nice too. Added to that it is enveloped by beautiful bounganvilleas only to make it more musing. We truly enjoyed living our time in the house. The food provided is authentic assamese thali food which we even as assamese find it real hard to find. Boil chicken, Chicken ....., koldil pitika, goroi mas pitika, apong are some of the delicacies we had. Must to include they tasted like wonders! There are little fur balls, Jaanmoni, Rongai, Tik tik!

Great location, beautiful surroundings, most friendly and helpful hosts. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Special thanks to the owner for becoming a great tour guide.

Had a comfortable stay in a peaceful, easily accessible area.. the place was very clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities. Uncle and aunty were friendly, helpful and understanding. Would highly recommend the place to visitors to Jorhat.
