Vacation rentals with beach access in Derby

Exactly as advertised :) Nice, clean, and comfortable.

The apartment is right in town so you can walk to shops and restaurants. It is easy to find and lots of parking in the back and an easy drive to the ski hills. It was very clean and spacious. Ricky was very responsive to our enquires and needs. Oh, and the huge bathroom is pure luxury! The street noises can be heard from the front bedroom in the morning, so if you’re planning on sleeping in, you may want to wear earbuds. It’s very quiet at night.

Great location, very quiet place. Great for 2 people! Recommended.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in photos we appreciated the space and size of the kitchen bedroom and bathroom loved the heated towel bar in the bathroom. Kitchen was very well equipped, and had everything we needed to make meals which was great as most restaurants were closed Mon-Wed. The bed was extremely comfortable with very nice linens. A very clean, cosy place to stay for our quick ski trip.

I would highly recommend staying here, if you're planning a trip to the Magog area. Since our stay, which initially was planned as a ski trip, we discovered so much more in the area. We hope to return and explore the other seasons.

I had a wonderful stay at Sylvie's place. It was quiet and lovely and a great place to rest after a day of downhill skiing at one of the local ski centres. Sylvie was very good in communicating. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location, close to skiing, park, and spas. Cozy and warm accommodations with beautiful surroundings. The hot tub is great. Elaine is very helpful!

We stayed at this apartment for 4 days with our adult sons snowmobiling. Access to trails is awesome, plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Place inside is small but clean, neat, and well appointed. Great place to stay!

Very nice home. Walk down the driveway and you are across from the lake. Full kitchen amenities. Plenty of blankets and towels. The den with the gas fireplace is a really nice cozy room. Beds are ok - could use mattress upgrades. But plenty of room bed /rooms for the 7 of us. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We had an amazing time!! Place was amazing, views spectacular as promised, and we loved the stove/fireplace. The 4WD note is real — our rental car company failed us, gave us a 2WD, and we couldn’t get up the driveway. We parked at the bottom of the hill … it was a 5-10min walk and not an issue for anyone in our group. So, make sure you have 4WD, or if you don’t mind a walk, that might work too!

We were looking for a place to stay for several nights over the Christmas holiday for a large family gathering, and Michele and John's place came highly recommended by our local family members who are residents of Greensboro, VT. This Greensboro Farmhouse is not only perfectly located to experience the iconic Willey's Store and Miller's Thumb within walking distance, but also private enough to have a quiet serene getaway in a beautifully restored, cozy rental. We arrived to a cleanly plowed driveway (after snowfall the day prior), warm temps inside as we unloaded our belongings, and I was thrilled to discover a well-appointed kitchen with most of the pots, pans and cooking tools so I could finish my Christmas baking for our family gathering. Our hosts prepared us that we might not have reliable cell phone coverage, and there is a landline phone to use. There is WiFi in the unit which we used for our daily email, texting and streaming needs. Wonderful hosts and house! Thank you!

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Wood Loft. The space was cozy and clean with very quick access to a nice trail that went into town. It was winter so we knew to expect not the greatest conditions outside but, overall, walkways were cleared. Firepit wasn’t accessible due to snow but it was too cold to hang outdoors at night anyways! Look to be back, perhaps in the fall, where we can better appreciate the location!

We Stayed at James and Nella's place for the second year in a row. It is a cozy old farmhouse with a spectacular view. We are Nordic skiers and this was 15 minutes from Craftsbury outdoor center. James and Nella are great hosts. We found them to be very responsive.

Helena was one of the most accommodating Airbnb hosts that I have encountered. Lines of communication were needed since the first two days that we were in Stowe we could not ski due to a wind storm. If it weren't for Helena, we would have been without a plan on our ski holiday week. She recommended a family fun center in Montepelier and we enjoyed exploring the town after a day enjoying Stowe. Her home is clean, well stocked and cozy. A chaise lounge chair is like sitting in a baseball glove! The views of the mountain offers a peaceful repose. We will travel again!

We were very happy with our stay at Tim's Nod Away home right on Lake Willoughby. Stunning views and sunsets from inside the home and even better sitting outside on the deck, around the fire pit or swinging on the hammock. Tim gave us a welcome call and shared info about local hikes and indicated his availability for any further questions or concerns. His place was spotless; great kitchen and everything you might need for meal prep. Comfortable bedding and cozy, homey living room.Kayaks were a bonus. It was tough to leave paradise.

An amazing stay at this quiet location. It was wonderful having the availability of a kitchen and walking distance to the cute town and local restaurants was perfect even in snowy/cold conditions. Beds were comfortable, shower and kitchen were perfect. Maybe was a bit tight but one makes it work. A lot of cabinets in the bedrooms if one wants to use them. Patrick was very responsive as we arrived into Magog later than expected and he made everything work with the check-in. Pool and hot tub were a nice perk. Lots of available parking even with the snowy conditions. There is nothing really to complain about.

Had a great Magog ski weekend thanks to great skiing and a great condo to stay in. My two daughters and son in law had a fantastic time at Sabryna and Marc's place. It was exactly as described and was even better than we expected. The condo is super close to everything. You are walking distance to the lake, town, groceries, restaurants and only 12 minute drive to the Mt Orford parking lot. The Metro is a couple of blocks away and is a terrific store with lots of beer selections:) The hosts were fantastic and were super quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a lot of fun having apres ski meals and game night in the condo. Great memories were made. Thank you Sabryna and Marc for being terrific hosts.

We had a great stay at Jean's place. It was as advertised and had enough space for a large family. We would stay again next time we're in the area.

This was our second stay at Habitat 333. Beautiful unit with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Minutes to Mount Orford and downtown Magog.

Our stay at the Carine & Sebastien's place was very enjoyable! The condo is very clean, cozy and comfortable. It is a walking distance to Magog town center, witch was a beautiful winter wonderland at the time we visited. Both downhill and cross-country skiing resorts are 10min drive, so we would certainly come back!

Very nice warm condo, easy to access, full of amenities and very pleasant fireplace atmosphere! Perfect for enjoying nearby ski resorts! Thanks to the hosts, it was perfect!

Patricia’s condo was the perfect place to stay for alpine and nordic skiing at Mont Orford. Would not hesitate to recommend.
