Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Denver

The location of this house can't be beat! Super walkable to a ton of great restaurants, bars and breweries in the Lower Highlands. An easy walk over the pedestrian bridge into Confluence Park and Lower Downtown. The rooftop is stunning -- an epic space with an unobstructed view of the Denver skyline that's one of the best I've ever seen. The house itself is eclectic, clean and comfortable. There are a few spots where it seems to be showing it's age -- specifically the downstairs bathroom. When I stayed, the floating vanity was separating from the wall and was being propped up by a scrap piece of 2x4 stuck under the cabinet. It still worked fine, but it struck me as a bit sketchy. The few warts aside, this spot is easily worth it just for the location and outdoor spaces.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Arvada between downtown Denver and the mountains, Alissa offers a beautifully renovated and artistically decorated home full of charm, activities, cleanliness and conveniences. Our family of 11 from ages 7-48 felt like we were home away from home…with queen and larger beds for every member of our family, a dining table that seated 12, a large kitchen with updated appliances for family dinners, and modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water for all. Close to grocery, restaurants, and highways…Alissa’s home was easy to get to/from during our daily outings to Denver, Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, and Winter Park. Alissa was a proactive communicator, responsive to requests, and accommodating. Her genuine care for her guests comfort and satisfaction was evident…including a thoughtful purchase of kitchen washcloths and an unexpected surprise delivery of cookies for our family. She sets the standard for Airbnb hosts. Highly recommend and would rebook!

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Our stay here at Paula‘s was just like being at home comfortable all the amenities were available. Communication was great flexibility and arrangements were easy. Fireplace was beautiful to have for the holiday week. TV is only local cable. Bring your HDMI Cable to connect up your computer/phone to TV to play Netflix, Amazon prime etc. Otherwise, a fabulous stay would come back. We’ll keep this property in my favorites thank you Paula and Zandra for your hospitality.

This was our second year staying with Atomic and we love the place! The amenities are amazing and we loved having a movie night! Atomic is very responsive if and when you need anything. Their place is clean and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Loved our stay here! Even with a couple of initial hiccups, this group was so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend if you need a beautiful space for a large group just outside of Denver!

Staying here was a fabulous experience!!! Atomic was extremely responsive- and when I asked about a cookie sheet they literally had one delivered to the house a few hours later! It was better stocked than any place we have stayed- with lots of towels and toilet paper and garbage bags and dishwasher soap and laundry detergent! Kids enjoyed spike ball and the hot tub! We loved the large dining room table to play games with the whole crew! Easy check out too- didn’t have to strip beds or take the laundry to the washing machine or anything. Highly recommend!
