House vacation rentals in Den Hoorn

A really nice, well-kept and spacious house with a large property which is completely surrounded by a hedge and fence in it, so you are undisturbed and the dog can run freely. In addition, there is a large, lockable shed on the property in which bicycles can be stored, among other things. We felt very comfortable and were able to recover super!

House as described; everything was very clean; very tasteful, high-quality and new amenities; very friendly welcome; very good and fast communication with the landlady; very clear recommendation!

Had a great stay at Nel's place! The house and surroundings are stunningly beautiful. You can spend every morning with a coffee by the water. 🌻 However, you should expect a lot of insects because of the location. 🕷️ We especially accompanied us on a daily basis. We would always come back 😊

The house has all the comforts. Anything you need is present in ample quantity. The gas fireplace completes it all. The garden is nicely landscaped with various corners and spacious seating options. Hosts Debbie and Frits ensure a hassle-free check-in and check-out. Great stay!

A very nice and cozy place!

It was a very nice cottage to celebrate a cozy girlfriend weekend. The mill shed is also recommended where you can have delicious lunch within walking distance. Both will definitely be visited again ❤️

We stayed in this great accommodation for the second time and were totally thrilled again. 😊 We particularly liked the following points: - the kitchen is super equipped - the whole place is very clean - the place is very thoughtful and you can also stay longer I'm sure we'll be back!

A wonderful house with great decor, big garden and fantastic host! We, 3 families, felt very comfortable and had a great time in the "old barn". Alkmaar, the beach, the sea and many other activities are within easy reach. We will be happy to come back!

A cozy and beautiful house in the municipality of Medemblik. It is right on a small canal and you can also paddle from here if you like. We had too much plan, which is why we did not use it, even though Micaela made us the offer. It's definitely a dream to be in summer. Otherwise, Callantsoog is 40 minutes away on the beautiful North Sea and also far from the island of Texel. Amsterdam is also 35 minutes away. Ideal for exploring the North of Holland and Amsterdam. We were even in The Hague which was only 1h 20 minutes away. The house is equipped with everything you need and you can tell that Micaela and John use it themselves, it is so lovingly furnished. A clear recommendation and with these friendly landlords you can't go wrong. We will be happy to come back.

Nice new stay on the waterfront. Cozy accommodation and close to Medemblik where there is plenty to do.

Cozy, complete and the perfect base! Marieke had already informed us completely before departure. No question went unanswered – for example, we knew we had to bring our own hair dryer. Furthermore, everything was arranged: towels, bed linen and even olive oil. The cottage is a cozy converted standing caravan next to Ruud and Marieke's house. The key was cleverly and independently, and even our car could charge on the spot. We missed Marieke the first day, but once spoken it clicked right away. She takes care of everything down to the last detail! Inside, it's exactly what you expect: compact but complete. Great beds, hot shower and a TV for a movie night. The village is within walking distance, ideal for groceries and food. Delivering food? That's fine! (Do give delivery people clear instructions). We walked, explored Texel and enjoyed it to the fullest. A lovely place where we like to come back. With the second room as a temporary private walk-in closet💃. Regards, Randal and Soof!

We had an amazing two-month stay at this lovely place! The neighborhood is fantastic for families, especially if you enjoy peaceful walks, greenery, and animals. Very close to the house, there are multiple playgrounds, which was perfect for us. Plus, public transportation makes it easy to reach nearby towns (highly recommend to visit: Edam). The hosts were exceptional—always responsive, incredibly thoughtful, and provided us with tons of local insights. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The house itself is great! It’s spacious with beautiful natural light, a big garden, and even a sauna for extra relaxation. We couldn’t have been happier with this arrangement and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.

A dream stay at Petri's beautiful house We had a great time staying at this great place about Carnival and would highly recommend! The house is not only beautifully decorated, but also perfectly equipped – we didn't lack anything. Everything was clean, cozy and designed with a lot of love for detail. We were there with four adults, two children and two dogs, and it was a wonderful fit. The spacious layout and relaxed atmosphere have made the stay very pleasant for everyone. Especially the location is fantastic: Wijk aan Zee is a beautiful place with great beaches that invite you to take long walks. The sunsets were simply breathtaking! A big thank you to Petri for the warm hospitality and this beautiful place to stay. We will be happy to come back!

A great house, very spacious for 4 people decorated with love and taste. Especially the kitchen and the spacious living room with oven appealed to us. We spent a relaxing time here and we also took the "in-house " cat to our hearts. The communication was quick and easy

Alina & Jan-Lamber's place is an ideal place - house and large garden - for families with kids and dogs (as we were). There's a gate to close the garden off from the (quiet) road. The house is well-equipped for kids. We enjoyed our stay.

A clear recommendation! It was quiet, in beautiful surroundings where you didn't necessarily need the car. the house was sparkling clean and stylish. Communication with Rose and Joris quickly and almost like with friends. The icing on the cake was definitely Tosca - our daughters loved to play and cuddle with her and would have loved to take the sugar-sweet cat! We felt very comfortable in the house in Bakkum.

Beautiful house in an excellent location, close to shops, amenities and public transport. The house is much bigger than the photos suggest and was perfect for our month long stay. A fully enclosed garden is ideal for pets. The house itself was warm, cozy and inviting. Berrie is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The location is perfect for exploring Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Haarlem with direct train and bus services. Highly recommended for a short or long stay! The place has everything you could need
