John and Lizz's place was the perfect blend of spacious yet also cozy, with many of the rooms leading to the open main living room with lots of light. It was the perfect place to spend time with a larger family or group of friends. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean when we got there. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

My wife and I have stayed multiple times at the Delaware house in Andes , NY . We have stayed in studios in the Long House and have stayed in the Main Delaware house . All of it is great and comfortable , this weekend we had the main house to ourselves with two cats and had a great weekend , super cozy and clean . Andes is a great middle ground area for us to stay because we enjoy driving around seeing different farms , hiking , restaurants and discovering new towns, although Andes is our quiet town to enjoy some peace. Much to offer .

We spent a wonderful, snow-filled weekend in the woods at this property and loved every minute of it. This home is spacious, homey, and secluded in a beautiful corner of the Catskills. Fantastic for kids and dogs, as advertised. We would absolutely return!

Everything was well-maintained, and we truly appreciated the attention to hygiene and tidiness. 2. Amenities & Supplies: The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the small details, like fresh towels and toiletries, made a difference. 3. Design & Atmosphere: The decor was stylish and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. The artwork and decorative elements added a unique charm to the space. 4. Comfort: The furniture was comfortable, and the beds provided a great night’s sleep. The overall setup made us feel at home. 5. Location: The house is situated in a convenient and peaceful area, making it easy to relax while still having access to nearby attractions. 6. Our family of six adults enjoyed a quiet & relaxing weekend. We were greeted by a thoughtful welcome card and gift of s’mores ingredients/bottle of wine. The place includes all the comforts of home. The hosts put a good deal of effort into ensuring their guests have all the necessary items for a relaxing getaway. From shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to firewood to hot tub towels to coffee machines and much more. Everything seems to be considered for guest comfort. The home is a mix of old & new which includes some very lovely furniture pieces. The large living room couch is comfy. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need for a family meal. The grounds are magnificent! We appreciated the ponds/dock, covered and open porches, fire pits, hot tub, and fabulous view. We stayed at the house most of the time. Communication with the hosts was excellent! Truly a home away from home. We hope to return. If you seek tranquility with a side of things to do, this is the place for you.

My friends and I went for a ladies weekend. We loved everything about the home. Hot tub was clean. Rooms clean and spacious. Kitchen is roomy. All you need to make a full course meal. Overall great home.

This was a perfect house that felt like home for my family and I. From checking in to checking out and everything in between, Kasey was kind, accommodating, and highly responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. She and her home made it very easy to feel comfortable. I loved the simplicity of her home, the minimalist approach so we didn’t have to worry about all the “things,” and the warm feel overall. From someone who has stayed in my rentals, this has exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay. The pool and basement were very fun spaces. The hosts were responsive and gave lots of great info.

Bettys home was a wonderful place for our 7 family members to stay. It was very comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful amenities and lots of room. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood quiet and close to the lovely towns of Warwick and Sugar Loaf. Betty was extremely responsive and kind enough to let us check in a few hours early. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful cabin, particularly liked the huge windows to watch the sunset and hawks swooping by, the wood-burning stove and the hot tub! Anna was very helpful when the power very briefly went off. Lots of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. Had a great stay!

Nice little getaway during the cold season. The hot tub was excellent and about 100 degrees so perfect even with the cold temperature. It was still possible to put together a meal with the propane grill and warm things up in the microwave or store them away in the fridge. The heat was excellent in the space. Seems like it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well!

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

Very quaint spot with everything you would want or need at a lake house. We loved the deck/view from the living room and the pellet stove. The house looked and smelled very clean when we first walked in. Would be interested in coming back for the summer time!

Our stay at this beautiful and peaceful Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The host instructions and set up were so thoughtful and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking snowy landscapes, creating a magical winter wonderland. The home itself was warm, tranquil, cozy, with plenty of space and filled with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. There was so much to do, making it perfect for all ages. The sledding right on the property was a huge hit, and there were plenty of games and activities to keep both small children and teenagers entertained. So much to do locally, hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing. After a day of adventure, coming back to the tranquility of this home was just what we needed. We can’t wait to return!

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Nick’s Place. Great wood cabin with very warm heating during our stay where we had a snowstorm. Very cozy and wonderful view of the mountains.

2nd stay here as a jumping off point to Elk Mt, cozy and scenic cabin, would def recommend and plan on returning.. tx agn Andrea & Greg Steve T

My husband and I REALLY enjoyed Jeff & Sharon’s cabin!! It was the perfect place for a 4-day weekend away from home! As soon as we walked through the door, we felt right at home. Everything is described exactly as is and was extremely clean and comfortable. The cabin itself is quaint, but the cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows made it feel spacious. The river out back was so peaceful and exactly what we needed to take a few moments to breathe in the crisp, fresh mountain air. We even took a walk up the road (which was very quiet) and well kept, considering it had recently snowed. Sharon and Jeff were the BEST hosts. I love that they followed up and made sure we were settled in and there if we needed anything. Phoenicia is right around the corner and down NY-28 there are some cute shops, the Phoenicia Diner and Woodstock Brewery. Highly recommend stopping at Bettina’a Cafe in Phoenicia and Maeve’s Cafe for amazing coffee and good eats! We hope to be back very soon!!

Really cute place. Comfortable beds and Sofas. The propane fire place was ideal. It was cold and icy when we stayed and we pretty much stayed in the whole time. It felt very warm and cozy. John was very responsive and helpful, he made the whole experience very easy for us.

My husband and I spent our wedding night and the first part of our honeymoon at Julius’s tiny home, and we could NOT have made a better decision! It was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It is close many local restaurants and places that we hold dear such as “Heaven’s Embrace” by Eternal Flame of Hope Ministires. The direct river assess provided breathtaking views both day and night, and my husband even caught a glimpse of a bald eagle catching a fish! The home itself was adorable and just the right size for the two of us! We loved spending time outside by the fire while listening to the river. Julius was so very kind and informative throughout our entire experience! We truly can not recommend his tiny home enough, or any of his other properties which I hear are just as beautiful as well! The only “issue” that I believe has been noted before is that the water smells at times; however, it wasn’t a huge problem for us, and would definitely NOT stop us from booking again! ?

The cabin was just as deserved and perfect for a get together. The location was private and gave stunning views. Nica was very friendly and answered bay questions we had. She also gave us some local recommendations and provided detailed I stir potions on anything with the cabin or out! Overall amazing stay!!
