Townhome vacation rentals in Delaware County

I enjoyed staying here. The photos in the listing do a great job at showing the space and was a close 7 minutes to center city. All amenities like towels, shower gel, shampoo were included. The host had great communication and the checkout procedure was very easy. I would easily decide to stay here again.

Great place for a medium to large group of friends to stay. Walkable to UPenn and many convenience stores. Place is very spacious and is bigger in person than in the photos. The only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper in the house. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Philly.

Sean and Anne were great to allow us to stay at their house when we had a last minute cancellation. The place is huge; our family of four had plenty of room to relax after exploring Philly. The kitchen is fully equipped, we couldn’t use the patio or rooftop because we had snow, but the house was the perfect shelter for the little storm we had. Communication was smooth, with simple check in and check out instructions. There are a lot of details in each room (like bottles of water, chargers, games, snacks) to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay, like we did.

Rosa was great! We were there for a handful of months, and she was on top of everything. She was super friendly, and genuinely cared to help in every instance. She was also very patient understanding with us in our situation. I would say the biggest highlight of her going above and beyond was getting us a Christmas tree and other decorations for the holiday season to really feel at home there. She was so friendly and approachable, that my family and I refer to this Airbnb as "Rosa's place," whereas I don't remember by heart who my hosts were for prior Airbnbs. Rosa is a fantastic host. I have zero complaints and all praises. I wish she could be the host of every Airbnb in the world.

Echoing other reviews: cozy, well furnished (not too much and not too little), well kept. Nice n' warm even with single-digit temps outside. Easy communication and coordination with the hosts. Great location as well: - easy 15-min. walk to 30th Street/Amtrak station - Mr Rabbit Coffee around the block (get the chocolate-chip cookie) - Rival Bros Coffee a few blocks away (get the peanut butter toast) - neighborhood felt 100% safe - easy 15-min walk to Rittenhouse Sq (try K'Far!) It was a great way to explore the non-tourist part of this great city!

Our stay was delightful! We were in town to see some shows at Brooklyn Bowl which was within walking distance, as well as many wonderful restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed and our group felt very safe there. William was responsive and friendly throughout our visit. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place is tiny, but clean and perfect for an overnight. I was attending a conference at UPenn and it was easily walkable to campus and near lots of transportation and food options.

Anne's Historic Trinity House is a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Anne was an excellent host. We felt completely at home and would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Jordan's place was wonderful, exactly as described. Furniture was comfortable. plenty of linens. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect, easily walkable around the city. Jordan's was extremely responsive, very easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend staying here.

This place is exactly like the pictures, a real hidden gem!

My go-to place now for Philly, I’ve stayed twice now. It’s a great location. Stairs may be a problem for people who are not that fit or are overweight, they’re spiral staircases throughout. We had no issues and appreciated having our rooms on separate floors. Heating was lovely and warm (February cold weather) and the sitting room was cozy in the late evening. Too cold to use outside patio but furniture was stored ready for summer use and would be enjoyable. We enjoyed some good food at Mixto around the corner (Latin Food- good soft corn tacos and other nibbles at happy hour 5-7 daily for $7 if interested!)

Brandon and his co-hosts were very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. The house was exactly as advertised and clean. We traveled without a car, and found the area very walkable and in close proximity to some great restaurants. Lyft/Uber were easy to get when we did need them. Will definitely stay again when next in town!

Such a beautiful townhouse closer to everything. We loved that the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Definitely will consider staying at this place again in the future.

This home exceeded my expectations in appearance. There was more than enough space for myself and 5 other friends. The master bedroom was gorgeous and a peaceful place. My friends and eye were a very big fan of the rooftop and planned to rebook during the summer so we can enjoy it better. Instructions and information was very clear and easy to follow so we didn’t contact the host for any needs. Parking was the only concern but it was expected. However, Gabrielle did offer some advice on parking locations in the area. My friends definitely would love to rebook for this place in the future.

Cozy little townhouse. Excellent location for exploring the art museums! We stayed 5 days in Feb 2025. Walk everywhere from here! 50 feet from the front door & you can see the PMOA about 3 blocks away. Walk 1 mile down large main roads to the Rodin & Barnes. 2 miles gets you to downtown. Safe area. I checked on that before booking. We were out late and always felt safe. It's the type of neighborhood with lots of young single people walking dogs & jogging. Many cool bars & restaurants in easy walking distance. I was very surprised at how peaceful it was. Only thing I heard at night was train whistles. The house only shares 1 wall, and I never heard or saw those neighbors. Parking is tough in that area but the city lot next to the Eastern State Penn was only a 10 min walk and you can pay for multiple days on the Parkwhiz app. $30 per day and a 10 min walk was well worth it for peace of mind. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. I highly recommend this place.

Cozy stay - passed through for work and was able to recharge by staying here. Carrie was responsive and the place was super comfy. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Newark.

My stay was great. They had everything I needed, and it’s in a great location. I would definitely stay again.

The place is clean, charming and beautifully decorated. In warm weather, there's a cute small back area where it would be nice to sit. A well appointed kitchen made it a pleasure to have meals there -- we made some and took out once and knew we'd enjoy dining there more than the restaurant on a cold night. Easy street parking. Safe area. Short walk to the main street and a modest drive to area activities and sights. This was our second stay and we may well return!

This stay was amazing! The house was so thoughtfully and tastefully renovated, we felt right at home… But like more stylish versions of ourselves! The kids were charmed by the snack basket. We had a great time seeing sights by day and watching “Rocky” together by the fire at night. We all slept great and loved the way the sun bathed different rooms in light at different times of day. The bathrooms and kitchen were well-equipped and beautifully adorned with live plants. We had everything we needed to cook, including the oft-neglected pans, sharp knives, and food storage not every AirB&B provides. We’d love to stay here again & would highly recommend Marina’s place for anyone seeking a truly special home base in Philadelphia.
