This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Staying at Claire's place was a great experience for our family. We were able to enjoy a fun evening with the kids at Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We took a peaceful wall at Natural Bridges State Park. We had a delicious Oaxacan dinner at Copal Restaurant. We went to Roaring Camp Railroad and enjoyed stunning views of the redwood forest. All these location were no more than a 20 minute drive from Claire's place. This was our first time visiting Santa Cruz. I highly recommend staying at Claire's place . We felt safe and very comfortable in her private condo.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

My family and I stayed here so that we could see the otters in Moss Landing. We chose this place because it was within budget, close by and looked nice. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The place was so nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, had everything you would need. The resort was beautiful. I kept waiting for a catch but nope, it was real. Amazing views overlooking the ocean a short walk away, a restaurant in the lobby, a pool, easy parking and no rowdiness, which I'm always worried about with littles and apartments or resorts. We were a reasonable car ride away from everything we wanted to see: Moss Landing, Monterey Bay, Point Lobos, Carmel. I would 100% stay here again.

Stunning condo by Sue. We spent Christmas week here with our kids and grandkids. The condo was very clean, stocked, and perfect for our holidays . The walk to the pool was convenient, great location. The views were amazing and listening to the ocean at night from the bedroom was a great end to the day. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Great location and views from our unit! The front desk staff were more than accommodating and allowed for flexibility within checking in/out, which we greatly appreciated. The amenity of being able to call for a golf cart to get down to the beach and around the property was great, especially since we traveled with a toddler. Will definitely stay again.

Would family had an amazing time at Sean condo! It had amazing views, the house was extremely nice, and very clean. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Aptos!!

We had a very nice stay using John's home as a home base for our Pinnacles National Park (1hr) and Monterey (30m) vacation. I was a little surprised to find that we were renting someone's lived in home (aka they vacated for our stay but their belongings and food/etc. we're still there). That being said, there was plenty of space for our things, and was overall a nice stay.

Place was as described. Not far from Monterey and Carmel by the Sea. I would say that the shared space area was adequate for 5 adults but would be hard with more people.

Michael's home is amazing! It is private, surrounded by woods. Inside, you'll find an absolute gem of a home. Very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Michael was responsive and proactive in reaching out to ensure we had a smooth arrival. We appreciated the lack of stress on our wedding weekend and it was the perfect home base to come back to after a busy day.

Great home with everything we needed. Victor was a good host and neighbors were very nice too! We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we wish was that the hot tub was hot enough to use (it never seemed to get there) and water in master bath was hotter but everything else worked out wonderfully. Definitely recommend this lovely home.

The house is very nice, large, and clean. It has everything you need, especially in the kitchen. We found stores nearby, and everything was great. Definitely a place to recommend and return to with the family. Very good hosts

There was a lot of thought and effort put into every detail of this room. It was super cozy and the hosts were amazing. It was just what we needed to rest after a long roadtrip.
