It’s a beautiful home in a very charming and historic neighborhood! The house is spotless and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool , patio and the guest house. Johnathan has been very responsive to any questions we had . We highly recommend this home !

Communication with host was excellent, place was super clean and cute I love the pool. Location is a good spot to uber to various locations. Really appreciated that there was shampoo conditioner soap, dishwasher soap etc. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend!

Immaculate and well appointed home. Very clean and simple but elegantly furnished free of clutter which made it very easy to identify my belongings and not leave anything behind. I took my pets with me and the yard was the perfect size along with being fenced in. The yard was pristine as well; nicely manicured. The kitchen was modern as well as the bathrooms. The AC was perfect and all tvs maintained adequate service with good movies and shows. Anything needed is within a reasonable drive to include pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, and the like. The host recommended a breakfast place that hit just right and allowed us to lounge on the patio deck while watching bluejays play along the fence line. What a happy peaceful Easter we had. Great small house. Extremely well appointed with cozy furniture and thoughtful design. Very clean and resembled the photos, exactly . The backyard space is wonderful, small but with lots of amenities, like a hammock, barbecue grill and expanding table . It is perfect size for a family of four or two couples. I was there on a work trip and the location was perfect for me, close to the highway and easy access to downtown Fort Lauderdale . Neighborhood is quiet, although homes are quite close together. I would rebook this property!

The place was immaculate. It was well laid out with separate bedrooms and baths....rooms were spacious. Closets were great. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Back yard is really nice...there could possibly be another guest in the rear yard, but plenty of space to spread out if it happens. Very quiet. It is a quiet neighborhood....not a place you can be loud. It was a perfect stay for us.

This was our second stay at this property, this time was even better than the first. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor area is fun, and the location is great for our family visits.

Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

This place was amazing! The pool was great, the view of the water was beautiful. The rooms were spacious. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families!

A great place to stay. Loved the pool side mini beach. Only true complaint is that the ice machine was slow. Just buy a bag of ice at the start of your trip. I would book again

“Wow, this backyard reminds me of Greece.” These were my husband’s words when we stepped outside for the first time at the Airbnb. Whether you’re looking to stay for work or pleasure, this Airbnb has the features you prefer. It’s clean, has appropriate amount of dishes, amenities like soaps, toilet paper and plenty of towels. The robes were such a nice added feature. The furniture was comfortable and the updates to the home were nice. It was also great that all bedrooms had an exterior door. There was a perfect grassy area for our dogs and they had plenty of room to run and play. We will definitely be back again!

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Everything you may need is basically a 4-8 minute drive away. I also loved the outdoor spaces - the waterfront and the screened swimming pool with beautiful views, and that the house is always bright and well lit thanks to its big windows. The hosts were very kind and responsive and always happy to accommodate our needs. Would love to stay here again in the future.

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made coming back after a long day out even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! As a first-time Airbnb user, I had quite a few questions, and Dmitrii was incredibly patient and quick to respond every time. His timely and helpful communication really put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in this house. We’ve used the pool a lot and fishing in the canal was a lot of fun. The house is spacious and very clean. Kitchen had all the supplies and was easy and pleasant to use. It’s a great house for a family.

Fantastic Miami retreat! Our family loved this Airbnb, perfectly suited for families or multiple families. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The house offered a plethora of activities, keeping everyone entertained. Conveniently located, with downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Everglades just a short drive away. Highly recommend!

We just returned home from a lovely stay at Ann’s place over the Easter holiday. The cottage/garden combo is like something out of the Secret Garden. The house is quaint and cozy. And the back yard provides a peaceful oasis, especially in the evenings. The neighborhood itself is full of colorful and unique homes lined with towering trees that provide plenty of shade. I enjoyed my walks and loved seeing all the friendly neighbors walking with their dogs. Locally we enjoyed a delicious French bakery named Vincent’s. My daughter and I had an amazing mani/pedi at Oxygenix in Lake Worth. We went to the Lake Worth Beach each evening for a few hours and easily found parking ($3/hr). My boys used the bikes provided by Ann to meet us at the beach. This was a great location to visit Wellington Equestrian Center as well as see a baseball game at the Roger Dean Stadium. We also visited the Loggerhead Marinelife Center and the Jupiter Lighthouse.

Me and my family really enjoyed ourselves. The property looks exactly how it looks on the Airbnb. Everything was very clean no complaints.

Have stayed at this lovely home several times now, and each time I love it just as much! The outdoor area and pool are perfect for spending afternoons outside whether you want to be in the sun or the shade! Inside the home, I love the palm beach style and comfortable furnishings. The attention to detail and having anything you might need is one of the best aspects of this rental. Can’t wait to come back again!
